Update PINBOL The PINBOL need more finetuning on RCS and texturing. The Service-Module is operational. The Crew-Part is from Tantares and dock at the inner node_stack_attach. The escape system come close, the texture is in progress. One problem is the lighting of the windows. Have no idea why the new Part-Tools will not work in the old style to create emissive-animations.

Since already three releases is on the ATV no foil texture more.

In contrast to most other modders, Contares delivers all textures in PNG format. For the texture creation, I use a very old and, to widespread Photoshop, not 100% compatible software. Thus, I can not publish the texture work files without encountering problems with the support.

There is a typos in the config of "TK-PP00A 1x6 Photovoltaic Panels" and "Alnair PA-8PX Photovoltaic Array" at the end. Remove the last "}". Wrong version of Tantares, sorry. -
ok, Beale works on a small version of Kliper and the prototype flyes good. Unfortunatly i made a replica of Kliper too, named PINBOL. PINBOL is a 50% replica, so the main diameter is 1.875m. First impressions now here.

Now I was almost sure that Beale tired at Lynx ... and now. What do I do with my model? Base diameter would 1.875m. The model is complete, largely completed, the UV mapping.

@Calvin_Maclure Unfortunately, I do not know what operating system you use, but the replacement of textures is really not rocket science. Copy the desired texture/s (.dds file) from the "Black Soyuz" OR "Green Soyuz" folder and replace the existing under GameData/Tantares/Soyuz. Now reboot KSP and ... tada ... the chosen alternative texture is visible. There are alternative textures no texture-change ingame!

After so much joy has arrived at the project FENIKS the work on fictitious drive of the 2nd stage of RUS-M has automatically arise. Pictured is a RK-Z-0120 (RD-0120) on a 1,875m base plate.

Hello Beale and all fans of Tantares, Contares (addons for Tantares and TantaresLV) has just released version 1.7.2. Among other things, appear with the release the manned version of the REX-glider and FENIKS (Soyuz 5) launcher and many new and useful small items. Many rocket engines have been reworked and added into. So there is now the RK-Z-0162 (RD-0162) LOX / LNG (methane), RK-Z-0124 in three versions for diameters of 1.25, 1.5 and 1.875m. For TLV (Soyuz launcher) a visually appealing stabilizer has been added which significantly differs from Beales half toast Take a look at the Contares pages and have fun (Link in the Signature).

Version 1.7.2 including REX-M, Aliyana 6 (Ariane 6) launcher, FENIKS (Soyuz 5) launcher and some small new parts is released. Some of the engines was reworked. New versions of RK-Z-0124 (RD-0124) is included. Update of DropBox comes later. Have Fun

So far, to my knowledge there is no special configuration of RealPlume for LOX/LNG (liquid natural gas / methane) engines.

I think the high and the straight struts was needed to place the Legs of LK.

FENIKS After the first tests with FENIKS the details of the real planning appear very optimistic. In the initial configuration, the external booster with 100%, the inner 75% thrust set. 19t payload can be transported in a 110km orbit without additional rocket-engine of the payload. Theoretically can be started 26t, however, sees strange in KSP. Also new: The RK-Z-0124 (RD-0124) is now available in three versions. With 1.25m and Grid fairings for TLV (Soyuz), with 1.5m "M" version (methane) for FENIKS (Soyuz 5), with 1.875m and two different fairings for RIVER (Angara).

@VenomousRequiem the third stage is a changed RIVER version. only the fairing and the diameter of the engine base is different.

My aversion with respect to the overstressed and repeatedly copied and reproduced US launchers keeps me from being a fan. Slowly your team will be better, just a little quieter occur instead of the often produced loudmouth art, then you reached me - eventually. The last sentence can I fully support: "More 1.5m support for everyone!"

Regarding the implementation of Soyuz 5 launcher is a problem which I would like to discuss. The best matching diameter for Soyuz 5 (alias RUS-M) would be 1.5m (original 3.06m). Would that be acceptable? What name should the Soyuz 5 obtained in KSP? The River Class (Angara) would stay with a diameter of 1.25m (original 2.9m). So mentioned in passing, all Contares launchers are created in 50% of the original dimensions. Only the diameter differs, in favor of KSP common dimensions.

@fs10inator, the Nissan SRB-A1/2/3 also used as EPSILON first stage is always in the mod. If you want a animated decoupler build it with infernal robotics. I use the simple way of decoupler.

Ugh, KSP does not need patriotic and nationalistic advertising in the form of national flags or lettering. That destroys the whole aesthetics of rocketry.
