@ctbram Search by tag "k150". You find the Command-Pod, the Heatsheld and the Orbital-engine. The Name say's, the capsule and the coresponding Heatshield has an diameter of 1.5m. Then Orbital-Engine goes from 1.5 to 1.875m. So, all this Parts coresponding to Beales "Trails" used by BDB but contares Pod ist older and no "Gemini-Replica".

Basically, you're right, even at the Contares variant of BRIZ-M / KM works described concept. However it works only partially, with a vertical stationary object under gravitation. Would the Landersegment an annular object, the upper stage would fall through and hit the ground. Makes the outer Collider a cone bounces off the object uncoupled with incalculable directions. Sometimes repulsion effects result. This can build up and lead to the destruction of the object.

Only that of Tantares (Beale) inherited PPTS used a Tantares IVA. Contares will offer - sooner or later - own IVA's. In the meantime, all manned objects are provided with placeholders (Seat is always visible, Kerbal is visible when manned).

Ok, now the Contares 1.7.0 is available on SpaceDock and via Dropbox, see first page. All pseudo IVA's was in, also the K150, not shown in the pictures below.

Hi Beale, please rework the RCS-System to a 3 way with 2 nozzles in maindirection.

Guy, I'm not a jinn the one calls for three wishes. The first questions should be: "Do you use this mod?", or "Can I help it do to enable integration of this mod?", "What you think about it?". No, I do not use USI-LS and have no idea how this would integrate. TAC-LS works fine and is my favorite mod in this direction.

Take a little more time to read the first Post and type "Contares" to Spacedock The new complete Pack of Contares is in work but not released. There are 5 "split of" sub-mods to download on first Page or via SpaceDock.

Nice colors but, have you replaced the colliders now? It makes me angry to fit small parts to DOS/TKS Parts.

What do you mean why the Soyuz always carries an orbital module? It is hygiene equipment, inventories and the possibility to move slightly. Oh yes, it is possible to press 3 Kerbals in a 1.25m capsule (without helmets). However, the Kerbals should then feel like sardines in a can. Olive oil would be recommended instead of air.

Warning: The following bug has already been reported in the prerelease and rejected without comment, or ignored. There is a serious bug in KSP 1.1 of obviously is only used when the object, controlled by the player first enters the area of influence* of the target object. The attempt to dock the object controlled by the player to the target object (via any docking port) ends with 50% probability in a sudden drift off the camera and KSP crash when both objects have one docking port. Has one of the objects more than one docking port equipped increases the crash rate to 90%. More than 16 docking ports = 100% error probability. If the docking operation (Contrary to the probability) was successful can be made in 50% of cases no separation/decouple/undock of the object/s. Should To prevent the bug, go back to "Space Center" after the two objects are in the area of influence* , save the game and select/fly the object again on the "Tracking Station". After reloading the scene, now with two objects, the docking process can be completed without any problems. * Space around; Radius 2.5km Try it out, it saves you a lot of frustration.

go one page back, so you see the parts for Soyuz Spaceship. For Soyuz Launcher type TLV in the searchfield and you see all parts (without radial decoupler).

Head shaking and tröööööööööööööööt My mistake. in GameData, the Contares Folder is missing. Create a Folder Contares in GameData. Then copy all subdirectories (Agenics, Parts ...) in Contares. Thanks! Updated on SpaceDock!

The addon package for Tantares and TantaresLV is published on SpaceDock: oh, i forgot to set the tags, so there is a update next weekend.
