  1. It was to convince a long night at Unity and Part tools which create the 3-compartment parachute correctly. Sorry, pictures comes separate. Imgur-Tool works not correct. Hope you like it.
  2. It approaches the point at which I begin to hate Unity 5 and KSP-Tools! What is the nonsense, compile the parachute Modules. It works with 3 other parachute models with identical structure of the scene. Load(Model): Contares/Parts/UTIL/Parachutes/F35m_TRI (Filename: C:/buildslave/unity/build/artifacts/generated/common/runtime/UnityEngineDebugBindings.gen.cpp Line: 64) , , m_AnimatePhysics, UnityEngine.AnimationCurve (Filename: C:/buildslave/unity/build/artifacts/generated/common/runtime/UnityEngineDebugBindings.gen.cpp Line: 64) File error: (null) at (wrapper managed-to-native) UnityEngine.AnimationClip:SetCurve (string,System.Type,string,UnityEngine.AnimationCurve) at PartReader.ReadAnimation (System.IO.BinaryReader br, UnityEngine.GameObject o) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at PartReader.ReadChild (System.IO.BinaryReader br, UnityEngine.Transform parent) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at PartReader.Read (.UrlFile file) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 (Filename: C:/buildslave/unity/build/artifacts/generated/common/runtime/UnityEngineDebugBindings.gen.cpp Line: 64) Model load error in 'D:\KSP_113\GameData\Contares\Parts\UTIL\Parachutes\F35m_TRI.mu' (Filename: C:/buildslave/unity/build/artifacts/generated/common/runtime/UnityEngineDebugBindings.gen.cpp Line: 64)
  3. Hello Cuddlewolpertinger, do not be fooled by the appearance. In the picture are 3 Contares radially parachutes containers installed (0.3125m diameter). However, I have a concept of how the parachute system can be constructed. Actually I wanted to use the possibilities of partial transparency of Unity 5 for new parachutes, but Unity 5 want create parachutes not really work reliably. If time permits, I build the on with Unity 4.2.2 at this weekend.
  4. End of unpopular project. It is not yet certain whether it will find its way into Contares. Perhaps as a separate mod. Capsule parachute cover, nose cone, simple male and female docking port.
  5. Once again, a preview of more important things. This time presented Contares the boom of ATV containing the approach radar. For KSP the head is additionally provided with a lens. Provided there is a functioning camera plugin is this installed. The problems with the animations of the ATV, HTV and XC-37b solar panels are fixed.
  6. The project "kerbalized Apollo" is stopped. It was, as the name suggests planned as KSP variant. It was not planned to create a 100% replica of this vintage. If you really look for a realistic variant may be with ideas and suggestions contact SSTU or live with FASA.
  7. Preview from the workshop on the rescue system of Kerbal Apollo capsule.
  8. More from development progress. @VenomousRequiem: In the proposed variant, there is only one model, and thus one part.
  9. No, that is far from Apollo. It looks similar. The Probe is an detachable part. It is rather the question of whether the device should be built extended or retracted variant. The basic module shown will be modified that it can theoretically be used with Probe as an active and without a passive docking port. For this purpose it would set the Probe in VAB as Shroud to display/hide.
  10. @VenomousRequiem you mean this? The Apollo Docking Node without probe.
  11. Reworked heatshield for more realism look. Treble parachute (and other parachutes) was on work but the animation, build in Unity 5, will not work correct. Nosecone with escape system is planed. A corresponding docking port would be virtually a waste product alongside. The service module and the engine is probably something for BDB Meeting time
  12. Take time to read more then the last page guys. This Mod is for Stock-KSP. No FAR support and no RSS support.
  13. How about an Apollo like command module for Kerbals? 2.5m diameter, integrated heat shield and 0.625m docking node on top?
  14. In near future i plan to implement the cryogenic engine from @Nertea but this needs time and has no priority. On Contares, less then 40% of the Engines was driven by cryogenic fuel like LH2 or Methane.
  15. Thank you @Beale. Yet I have been experimenting with colliders to docking by the guides, as in the original, to control. Unfortunately, the physics of the collider something is "leaps and bounds". Let's see if that can be realized in a roundabout way without bouncing like a rubber ball.
  16. a small deployable Solarpanel for CX-37b will also come with next release.
  17. HTV/KTV fictional lightweight orbital engine and unpressorized storage module and deployable fixed position solar panels.
  18. Where this model sufficiently good enough? base diameter: 0.9375m airlock diameter: 0.625m diameter over all: 1.25m
  19. Contares can also be installed without Tantares. There are since Release 1.7.3 no additional dependencies.
  20. Even HTV gets a few updates. So a lightweight orbital module for the manned transportation capsule including solar panels. In the picture, only the solar panels can be seen next to the capsule. The orbital module is still in the spray painting workshop.
  21. The model created by @curtquarquesso and @Beale does not meet my requirements. The solar panel of the ATV has 4 panels on a boom. The Tantares version has only 3 panels. Thus, it is not a duplicate but a reasonable extension.
  22. Finally there will be a suitable solar panel for ATV and related spacecraft. The animation is already running round and soft. Some sort of bug in Unity or KSP shows the solar panel in the VAB correct, but on the launchpad deployed to 10%. Until next release will hopefully work.
