Have you had a chance to look at the doubling up city lights? That's the only thing that has bothered me recently. If I had it my way I would have removed them from sve but there are a lot of people that like the city lights so I've kept them in there. I just delete them when I play. I'd love to see this fixed because I made a very awesome looking City Lights texture that I can't wait to use. -

Well as you probably know, @Waz is also very adamant about getting performance out of Eve. So you want to make it fantastical again? I can easily do that just by altering the cloud cfg. What is missing that would bring back the unrealistic things you liked? -
Won't work until kopernicus is updated.

Ok cool glad to hear the performance is better I will see what others say but I think it actually looks a lot better than before -

@Fwiffo I updated SVE on 1.1.3 it includes all the new textures and performance tweaks as 1.1.1 https://github.com/Galileo88/StockVisualEnhancements/releases/tag/1.0.83 -
yeah he did The only issue i have found is when you make a change in the EVE GUI, Nullrefs flood the debug tab and scatterer bugs out until you enter the tracking station and exit again. other than that everything looks good

No scatterer hasnt been updated. blackrack did release a new dll to fix some small things and it is included in my package -

Very strange im get about 100fps. try a completely fresh install. I only removed cloud layers and updated EVE. If your performance loss persists, Try installing the newest eve by itself and note the performance. Also post your logs. 12 FPS shouldnt be happening at all -

yes, probably because of this PERFORMANCE UPDATE 1.1.1 Complete performance overhaul of all celestial bodies with clouds sans Jool Changed the post processing on Kerbin. Now the atmosphere isnt so "smoggy" Updated to the new and improved EVE. If you are still experiencing any lag from the volumetric clouds, open the EVE GUI (alt+0) and look for the cloud layer you want to change in the cloud manager. Scroll down until you find the layerVolume section of the GUI and change the visibleRange value from 10,000 to a lower number i.e. 8,000/5,000/2,000 until you get the performance you are looking for. I took what you said and played around with the post processing. Although I dont think its as clear as you wanted, you can see a big difference and i included it in my latest version. Original Scatterer settings New Scatterer settings -
