There are six mods used in the craft. Listing others doesn't mean anything, KerbalX automatically finds the mods.

I just picked up a problem here. If the explosion is centered on Kerbins orbit, than Kerbin is no longer in the center of the boom. Kerbin just losts its barycenter which means a slight orbital change that Jeb might be able to use to his advantage. Looking at your planet alignments @Parkaboy I wouldn't be surprised if Jeb escapes it by pointing straight up. Of course, this is Kerbal, and planets don't have barycenters. I wish Jeb the best.

But then I realize that this is an impactor probe. You land on Eeloo with two hundred Kerbals including the original four and have no way of getting back.

Great! @Draconiator look closely at it, then build it yourself! It is always challenging to reverse-engineer a ship made by someone else (*suddenly thinks about Buran shuttle*)

Oh boy. KSP_WIN/Gamedata/Squad/ find the resources CFG in there. Matter of fact find anything you need in there. -
I looked through, nothing that I can see that looks like KSO body flap. But in the part description it doesn't say "I move" anywhere.

Simple answer: no there isn't. Long Answer: It is actually something that happens IRL sometimes. Just stick with it. If you hate them that much when you get to space quick save and reload. The remnants are not save able.
