  1. With help from the community on Discord and @Vortygont's log file and two log files supplied by @ShadowZone I have been able to reproduce this 100% of the time. @Suppise Thanks for initially directing me to issues with the F2 key in mapview. Steps to reproduce: Load a save with a craft in orbit Go to Map View Press F2 twice Go to Flight View Press F2 twice F5 F9 Go to Map View Thank you to everyone who has had issues with this and came forward with suggestions on the cause. I can't promise that the F2 key is the only cause of this, but the steps above create the same situation exactly. If this is happening without any use of the F2 key please DM me here on the forums, or DM me on discord, and if you have a log file it would be appreciated.
  2. @Bricey Thanks for the bug report. Did it start working after restarting the game? You video clearly indicates a problem but using your craft file I can't reproduce it.
  3. @JKpart Did this happen using an old save from before 0.2.0.0?
  4. @Jeq Do you have that video of KSP2 showing the staging on the right? That could help show me more about what is going on.
  5. Thanks. I changed your title to reflect the issue a bit more clearly (Better for doing bug report searches). If you think it needs tweaking you can edit it further.
  6. @PicoSpace I love videos but do you have an exact timestamp for the youtube video?
  7. This bug report ended up being about any thrust rather than just low thrust engines. If the low thrust issue ends up being a problem again or if the other bugs were masking it please report a new bug.
  8. Reported Version: v0.2.0 (latest) | Mods: none | Can replicate without mods? Yes OS: Windows 10 | CPU: i9 9900K | GPU: 3070ti | RAM: 32GB Steps to Replicate: Create a new Exploration Campaign Go to the VAB Launch a mk1 pod "Tin Can" Go and watch real life failed rocket launches on YouTube on the living room TV Attempt to start a science experiment Observed: Starting a Science Experiment is impossible while watching real life failed rocket launches on YouTube on the living room TV Expected: Should be able to start Science Experiments while watching real life failed rocket launches.With. My. Mind... Possible Work Arounds: Get a laptop and take it to the living room. Unhook the computer from the room it usually belongs and move it to the living room. Counters to Work Arounds: Watching a video and watching/interacting with a computer screen at the same time is impossible. For unhooking the computer, without the wires/peripherals etc (especially power) the computer will be unusable in the living room. .ipsImage { width: 900px !important; }
  9. @Jeq This is the other one I changed. Thanks again for posting these bug reports
  10. @Jeq You posted this twice by the looks of it. I hope you don't mind that I changed the titles to make one for the parachutes and one for the surviving hitting the water. 1 bug per report makes it a lot easier to search for separate issues. I also changed the videos so they start when the problem occurs.
  11. I appreciate your efforts but there's no need. I had this happen in the last 10 hours or so and did some testing. Looks like the other craft has to have its reaction wheels enabled and it needs to be unmanned, which both yours and @Scarecrow71's appear to have been. Thanks to you both for contributing to this. I will do more testing to make sure.
  12. Maybe that is part of the issue. Thanks for the information. Maybe the problem is more consistently happening using a higher resolution and a lower resolution is less consistently happening.
  13. Thanks for the information. From what you have said before, you have a Ryzen 5 3600 + RX6600, can you tell me what your resolution is?
  14. @Bhenoa Merged your feedback into this one. Please remember in future there is a place for feedback and a place for bug reports. Feedback goes: https://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/forum/120-ksp2-suggestions-and-development-discussion Also note there is a work around that might work: Don't have KSP2 running Enter the following into Windows Explorer: %userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\Intercept Games\Kerbal Space Program 2\Global Open Settings.json From the following picture change the highlighted line's numbers from my resolution to your resolution and then save, then start KSP2
  15. @PicoSpace Its caused by the orbital decay fix in certain circumstances.
  16. @NaughtyMonster Thanks. Added your craft file to the bug report directly. Definitely some weirdness going on there.
  17. @NaughtyMonster Can you supply the craft file? If so can you please upload it creating a new bug report, add my name to the title and have a link to this bug report within it. The save files show the problem but there's no way to know why your problem is occurring without the craft file.
