  1. Hey, be nice AncientAstronaut, some of our members are young and they honestly don't know these things, as usual xkcd says it best
  2. Some opinions are best kept to oneself, the world would be a happier place if more people remembered that
  3. Unfortunately that is not possible, you can only attach parts to other parts that ultimately are connected to the command pod, it is a limitation of how KSP handles craft design.
  4. Harry C, if you have any issues attaching the craft file (you need to press "Go Advanced" on your post to access the attachment controls) then I suggest you upload your craft to Mediafire then post the link here
  5. Hi rebelling274, all you need to do is select the strut component, click on your rocket to fit the first end, then click somewhere else to fit the other end, there needs to be a clear line of sight between the two ends though
  6. Hi aryon, the source files are just the source code for the plugins, in case you want to inspect them, they don't actually have to go anywhere and are not used by the plugins themselves, you don't even have to extract them
  7. Hmmm possibly by a large rock, hitting the Mun at a shallow angle, it'd carve quite a channel.
  8. Hmmm Captain Skunky is correct, I think you will have more luck with your request if it were in the How-To section, I'll move it over there for you
  9. Apparently, as this version is so old and it is being offered by HarvesteR himself, it's perfectly legitimate, it is his game to offer after all, I don't know if any other old versions will become available (except possibly as part of a Limited Edition) and of course any version above the 0.13.3 Demo require a small donation to Squad
  10. Hi Bronynaut, SRB's have their fuel inside them, and once they run out they are no longer any use.
  11. How about Kerbals with jerry cans when they EVA? It might take a few trips though
  12. Hi CobraA1, being able to see and test your craft would help immensely, how about you upload a pic to Imgur, and your .craft to Mediafire, then post the links to both here? Don't forget you can edit your original post
  13. It is indeed joey, the Moderation team is looking for able minded individuals to bolster the forum guard
  14. Parts can be rotated with the WASD keys, use Shift for finer control, this allows for some funky designs Also some parts, like the "Node" allow for easy building of interesting vehicles like this.
  15. I try my best, don't forget to click the sheriff's star below the avatar of helpful Mods If you have any further issues just PM me.
  16. Hmmm, this is strange, it seems regular users cannot change thread titles, and you should be able to, tell you what, give me the link to the thread in question and the new title you would like for it, and I will change it for you
  17. It should be a matter of editing your original post and clicking on "Go Advanced" to access the advanced controls, there you should see a text box for your title.
  18. If you search for mint ice cream on Kerbin you won't find any, coincidence?
  19. Hi djnekkkid and welcome to the KSP community The nosecones are just for show at this point, and drag is modeled in a very basic way, it'll be changed somewhere down the line towards the 1.0 release. Several other parts are not yet properly implemented as well, such as the air intakes, at some point care will have to be taken to provide enough air flow to the air breathing engines. Even though these parts do not yet "work", they are used by many pilots as they value looks over functionality.
  20. That's an interesting idea, it might make a good topic for General Discussion
  21. Welcome to the community Chance, it's always good to see new pilots Look up the crew tank mod if you want to try to rescue your Kerbals
  22. New planets and parts is the next thing, don't forget to check the development board
