  1. Heatshields can take it, but they seems to let some temperature trought and causes fuel tanks to explode and vessel turn around too. So far i managed to drop this to 55km from surface but still lot to go, thats the point where speed starts to slow down very fast but wings and tanks get burnd. By the way it seems that game has some ablator check at top of atmosphere, if there is no heatshields at all then parts are destroyed when entering edge of atmosphere
  2. Custom waypoints, map view and during flight, this could be nice when you see something interesting.
  3. For me it seems that fuel lines works but not as they used to. Flow priority using numbers doesn't exists anymore and fuel lines are used to determine priority instead. You still need to have fuel crossfeed enabled at decouplers, fuel lines doesn't do anything else than set priority.
  4. It doesn't seem possible to do that mission currently. This was my best try, everything covered.   7. I feel like airplanes in rocket games are more of a spice. They were spice in ksp 1 and so far it seems they are spice in ksp 2 unless developers wraps some gameplay around it. One promising thing for airplanes at future of ksp 2 seems to be: Duna atmosphere is 100% thicker than it used to be. When i made ksp 1 career planes, first planes were almost allways drone controlled built to girder body, just to get science. We need rockets anyways to get to places and get more science. When we lack parts which we think are crucial, thats when brains starts figuring out new stuff and i think KSP is just that.

  9. Landed 300t "atmosphere"plane to duna couple days ago. Yesterday i figured out wheels doesnt work at laythe, it destroyed my one day of rocked and vessel design, today i went to dres and back.
  10. I think they wanted to include geostationary word because ksp is supposed to be educational too.
  11. Sometimes if try to delete node, whole fairing altitude is decreased as many times as delete is pressed. Sometimes delete doesnt even remove node.

Yes OS: Win 11 | CPU: I7 | GPU: Rtx 3080 | RAM: 32 When at dres, make maneuver node so it ejects from dres and sun periapsis it at somewhere 13300000km kerbin altitude, now zoom map, if you zoom to dres you lose maneuver orbits, sun and other planets at map view even if you are not zooming very close to dres. If you zoom out those orbits comes visible again. This havent been so obivious with other planets so far (visited them all) but this caught my eye bad. I didnt even find sun on map at first..
  13. Almost all ROCKET engines got nerf at ASL and below but not darts, which makes them one of best engines at heavy atmosphere planets. Is this intentional?
  14. Dart engines ar eves surface are only way to do it. But i rather wait until upper atmosphere heating bug is solved, there is no way to get anything into surface currently, even engines burns like paper at 85km altitude.
  15. I use my old ksp 1 charts for dv requirments. I dont use internet dv map because i want to learn my way. For tranfer windows i just make maneuver node, if it doesnt match then i warp and make new node, it is big pain currenlty but can be done, and maybe it is good practice right now.
  16. I am so ashamed about this report, i had cockpit reversed. But today i had Eva problem with external seat, i need to check more info why it happened, maybe just strut inside of seat.
  17. Atmospheric re entry dv should be calculated with current terninal velocity, game should figure out which stage is used at current re entry.
  18. I dont mind velocity bug as long as parachute bug exists, and i land to water :,D

Yes OS: win 11 | CPU: I7 | GPU: Rtx 3080 | RAM: 32 If you decouple engine which has extending capablities, those trumpets and so on... if you decouple them and don't thrust them, if they intersects with decoupled stuff when they are fully extended then engine and decoupled stuff will collide with eachother and things starts goes Kerbal. .ipsImage { width: 900px !important; }
  21. Timewarping vessel, until body is at mouseclicked point, would be so useful for me, thanks!
