  1. So I can’t find Enterprise, KWS, or mouse aim flight on CKAN, so we have to install those separately. I’m uploading the .ckan file to google drive now, to install you go to file->install from .ckan, and it should do the rest itself. edit: found download links for KWS and mouse aim flight, but I’m not sure what mod Enterprise is. I can only find Star Trek mods.
  2. I personally am fine with either aero, so long as we have a general consensus so I know which we are using. I would prefer FAR, because I just figured out what area ruling is and want to use it in my planes.
  3. I think I know what I’m doing. I also know someone who can help if I can’t figure it out. I’ll start when I can and once we settle on a version.
  4. It’s a file that tells CKAN what the modset is so it can download it. For the gamedata, I think some mod liscenses don’t allow redistribution, so we should check that first. Otherwise that might be a better plan than CKAN

  9. I tried to update F3Mk2 before it’s first battle to remove the pak-3s, but I guess I was too late.
  10. Actually, F3Mk2 is at the edge between stable and unstable. I had to cut the canards during testing because it could relatively easily be as stable as I was planning without it, because of the 2nd set of engines at the tail.

I will on the Aim-9s, but other than manually editing the Aim-120, which I feel would be me cheating the system even though others have done it before, I don’t see how any other AAM can have a max engage range at 15km I didn’t think anything. I had a 40mm cannon on it, but I had removed that because it wasn’t working. I guess I forgot the ammo boxes. I’ll update it. Edit: forgot about WWII style radars on the tail. I had added them to try to counter the low radar profile of some of the enemy fighters, since they were the smallest radars at my disposal.
  17. I think I remember seeing someone else with a similar conclusion on a BDA dogfight thread somewhere. I have tried flying a plane around the battle once or twice to avoid this during testing, but that definitely influenced the battle. Maybe you could have a rover in the middle of the battlefield if it matters that much, but we should probably run tests on that to see how much it affects the battle.
  18. Having the CoL just behind the CoM would help by keeping it from being overly stable as well.

  20. I’m working on a racer, and I have a car that can jump off hills and roll and get back on its wheels and drive away after an engineer repairs the wheels. Pics coming soonTM! Edit: Here it is!
  21. I wasn’t sure if we wanted to find a mod for more weapons that are more 1960s than the BDA weapons.
  22. Do we have mods for the weapons we need? Also, maybe we could make a list of mods so we don’t have to search through the thread for them?
