    Experimenting with Google Translate on that, playing with several languages, I got The Holy Spirit is already there, but the body is weak.

    I use GIMP with DDS Plugin. Remember to flip it vertically before saving, though.

    Do you have Google Chrome? If so, you might be able to use a Chrome extension to get around the block. Also, http://en.greatfire.org has determined that use.com(free image hosting) is unblocked.

    Can Scatterer move KSC? Yeah, didn't think so. I have a floating space center at the moment, not floating on water but about at the average mountain height on Kerbin.

    I just gotta say... that's a lot of mods. The procedure is to try to reproduce this bug with the least possible number of mods, so I would recommend you do that. @Agustin can you upload the .craft file you're using so I don't have to dig through 340584 lines of module manager cache to try to find little bugs? Stock engines or stock intakes?

    I think it will work with less... actually I know it will, when I tried out the mod, it wasn't on a 16GB RAM Computer, but then, it also wasn't on my 3GB RAM computer..

    Well, not really cancel velocity, but here's a craft that uses some glitch (I think it's the antenna clipping) to spin uncontrollably. Instructions: 1. launch vessel. 2. Stage 3. turn SAS on and then back off. 4. You can't do anything but wait.
