Depends of what modder language the "soon" is said in. ScienceAlert was said to update "soon" for patch 1.1 ages ago but it never came. It feels as if they are close though, so i doubt we will get the Science Alert treatment.- 7,372 replies

ok, thanks, I am asking because SETI-CTT arranges parts much better, and even with UBM challenge I would never get the same experience as with SETI-CTT, I'll try editing configs to my liking to change the parts of UBM I don't like, for example the Mystery Goo being placed way too far in the tech tree. Also Idk if it's just me but I read something about SETI-CTT being rebooted so does that mean it will be changed in some way ?

the Communotron 88 is still foldable, it may be bigger but it never presented me with size problems. It has changed solar panels though but I don't mind. If you don't like the parts, just remove them, this mod isn't purely "remaster the parts to be 1:1 clones". It also has a second line of more powerfull but similar solar panels after the 1x3 ones. -

I only ever play with ven's so I don't have craft breaking problems. Better looking and functioning parts > stock parts for me. -
I have a bug where KCT just disappears when I load my career save. output_log: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B8o3_OKhDQ4ablpwWDhfSVR5ODA/view?usp=sharing EDIT: nevermind, solved it, it turns out the KCT config in the save folder deletes every single letter of text in it, copying the KCT mod config text and pasting it in the save config fixed it. Still, I don't know why is this happening and it returned to me countless times.

Thanks for the info. 60% does work really well, as it gives me a better sense of progression. I have just one another question: Does Space Weather disrupt RT connections aswell ?

I will try this mod out. I just want to ask a question regarding some things: Is this compatible with mods that change the tech tree ? I wouldn't mind if it only replace the few science parts btu I'm unsure will this clash with SETI-CTT, which is a mod that emphasyzes on starting unmanned and making most of your missions done by probes rather han Kerbals (t mimmick how it's done in real life). And how much is the science reduced ? The tech tree I use recommends to slide the science slider to 60% for the progression not to be too rapid, but how much does this mod reduce science gains ?

Ok, but I am unsure since everything did work up until today and i haven't made any changes to my Gamedata folder. I uninstalled it from ckan and downloaded a new fresh copy of RPM but got the same result. I eventually got around it somehow but I can't IVA at all. EDIT: i just remembered, i did add the USI Freight Transport mod today but it seemed irrelevant to the issue. I'll try deleting t and see the results.

The loading times were much faster after deleting Kerbin.cfg, I will try to use the lightweight version and see if it makes them even better. I'm just curious, do the lower settings SVE files look noticably worse than the high quality ones, because I'm ok with sacrificing performance for visuals ?
