I tried atmospheric survey over shore, 2 minutes of flight over the same biome is not always that easy =) Time for a break in the hills ! Do we really need an helmet here ? Having a great time running after my rover ! Strangely, the breaks do not stay active once you get off the rover... Oh, and the grass is making a metal sound when you walk on it ! Final destination for the rover.... Nice reflections underwater =D

I prefered the scansat mod over kerbnet, the game mechanic to create map was more interesting, there was more informations available and the interface was better.

For Science! - My Thoughts (And Yours Too!)

Only the game crash, my driver is up-to-date, I managed to improve the playing time by decreasing the graphic settings, it's far more stable now =) -
My first very simple plane, I had quite a difficult time making it work properly and even more difficulty to land it on the old island airfield.

For Science! - My Thoughts (And Yours Too!)

First tests for me... I run the game with a 3Gb 1060 GPU, so I was not expecting anything in terms of performances... But it was a happy surprise to see the game run with decent framerate for basic build. I still need to update my graphic card. My major complaint was the number of game crashes, 4 crashes in less than 2 hours. I hope this is related to my outdated graphic card (my CPU is more recent). I had the same start with KPS1 with some mods, so nothing to be crazy about on my side. My overall feeling is that the early part of the game is now far easier than in KSP 1, no part limit, no weight limit, good science rewards... I have the feeling that dev team is aiming to lead more gamers to a full discovery of the kerbol system and not limit it to a small batch of rocket scientists . And I think it's a good thing. Did I have fun ? Yes ! Do I plan to continue playing despite some of my system limitations ? Yes ! I'm now very curious about the future developments, and I hope we will not have to wait another year to get the next major update. -
First returns on the "For science !" are good, I'm in holidays with time and the game have a 20% discount steam ! Let's launch some rockets !

What Will You Do First When For Science! Comes Out?
Urus28 replied to Astroneer08's topic in KSP2 Discussion
Wait for first comments and videos about the release... -
It would be nice, but I don't think it's part of their priority now...
-
I think aquatic science is just the tech level for the specific science part experiment. I don't think there will be any boat part.
-
I hope this will give KSP2 a new start =)

What do you expect from the Science Update?

Il m'arrive encore de passer par ici.... Donc 19

Never.... That's sad.

Interesting set of contracts. =) My suggestion would be to add plane contracts on other planets with an atmosphere, perhaps with electric motors for Duna and Eve.

Never knew that the administration facility has a pool
Urus28 replied to Kerbal Productions's topic in KSP1 Discussion
I really like this pool, I always try the crossing capabilities of my rovers in it But it would be a good idea to have a proper rover test track near the KSC.... -
I performed an ambitious mission to Eve ! Departure from Kerbin and arrival in Eve system. Deployment phase of the mission, one synchronous communication relay satellite and bombing of Eve with the lander part. The propulsion stage has been put in a polar orbit for various scanning. My lander was made of three parts : one static analysis station, one small classic rover for short range exploration and one flying drone for long range operation and atmospheric analysis. The small rover was also a backup for my flying drone in case of accident. My flying drone analyzing a small volcano on Eve surface.

I'm not sure they are so ancient.... After all kerbals continue to sacrifice rocket and kerbonauts to these planets
-
I had to perform some maintenance on my space station.... The probe core was missing. Hopefully the new KSP version allows to correct such mistakes ! =D

From the list SCANSAT Restock and restock+ Transfer window planner Kerbal alarm clock Docking alignment indicator chatterer I also use : Simple fuel switch for more liberty with tanks RCS build aid Precise editor, very important for me to have numeric values of part positions to have something really precise

Valentina was jealous of Jeb last plane.... So I had to build her a better plane. The black tail shark is a savage beast ready to eat everyone on the KSC ! I'm quite proud of it ^^
