The title says "1.10.X", so people think it's compatible. It needs to be changed to 1.10.1.

KSP doesn't like multiple engine modules on one part. Only one of them can be working properly at a time.

Split it in multiple parts and upload separately. Also @Paul Kingtiger @Daishi There aren't any stock fuel cells in there. That is, fuel cells that work with stock resources. A suggestion is, when no life support mods are installed, make the small fuel cell consume LFO and the big one consume monoprop, and both of them don't output water. -
Alternate solution is to put small static panels in places without radiators.

Was 51 62 46 (333E2E), but use 80 88 75 (50584B) with new textures.

I figured out a color that corresponds to old green but can be used with new texture format, it's 80 88 75
