Radial part rotation problem
Maria Sirona replied to SSTO Crasher's topic in KSP1 Technical Support (PC, unmodded installs)
Can ya at least tell how you solved it -
Since ant hills are technically not hills, that is irrelevant. I cheat Earth back into existence and claim a hill there. MY HILL
-
I "accidentally" crash a rocket on the hill, thereby destroying it and removing all claims to hills in the process. Then i go find a new hill. My hill

But then, decades later, something interesting was happening. As the bases on Laythe- kerbalkind's second home by this point- grew, so did kerbalkind's focus less on the Kerbol System and more on what is outside. They sent several probes in pretty much every direction. Those probes found many interesting things- but today was a special day. It was the launch of the KSS Dream Come True, the first ever crewed kerbal vehicle into interstellar space. She was also the first ever vehicle that could travel at the speed of light- which meant that other star systems were only years, not decades away. Years still sound like a lot, but voyages between the inner and the outer Kerbol System still lasted years as well, so it was not such a big deal. The Dream Come True's mission was to explore four different star systems with their planets and then return back home. The voyage was intended to last 15 years. On year 123, day 45, the KSS Dream Come True left on her voyage towards the stars. As there is no system that is capabme of interstellar communication, there is no communication with the Dream Come True. At this time, she should be arriving at her first destination. We wonder what shenaningans her intrepid crew is up to...

Make a wish... and have it horribly corrupted!

Sure thing but it has to be combibulated first I wish i was in the land of cotton (yes that one) -
Now i go full on bri'ish on this. I take inspiration from God Save The Queen, which is the national anthem of Britain. So first of all, i make you fall (nothing personal!) by confounding your politics, and frustrating your knavish tricks. Then i make myself rise by doing some confounding politics, and frustrating knavish tricks. Then i combine all the hills into one really big hill. Now i am happy and glorious being sent victorious with my... GREAT BRITISH HILL (BTW i'm not british, i'm finnish. I just thought this was funny.) Long live our gracious queen, Maria I of the United Kingdom of the Hill and... Uh... The Hill!

@James Kerman i think that Infinite_Maelstrom meant that they want to have a quote's content be hidden by default d: But this be derailing the thread.

Granted. But we had to take the tides from somewhere so now half the earth does not have 'em. I wish i was capable of finally choosing what shirt to pick -
Hmmm... I like this Ü Two things i would like to request: First of all, please use normal instead of bolded text. It's easier for me at least to read. And also, please don't have two whatevertheyarecalled spaces like between this one and the previous. Thanks in advance (:

Me being me, i have some questions again. 1. What if a moderator abuses their power? 2. Is there some place for the mods to discuss things that is closed to the rest of us?
-
Hello there. So, here are the pieces of headcanon: (TBH no point to not get straight to the point.) 1. There's a piece of slightly radioactive material in each and every spacecraft part. The radioation can using some weird kerbal supertech be easily detected and that's how we can see in the Tracking Station all of our spacecraft even if they have no power to transmit everything, no matter how small and far away with few parts the ship is. Also, each part's radiactive material is slightly different, which is how and why the spacecraft can be recognized. 2. On a slightly darker note, each part also has a built-in self-destructtion device. Said device can tear the part into immeasurable tiny, tiny pieces at an atomic level. That's how Terminating a mission works.

The challenger Maria Sirona approaches! In secret, i had without you knowing built many, many, many secret (two secrets so ya know it really is secret!) underground tunnels- right under that precious hill of yours. Now i build just one more tunnel- and then the ground under the hill cannot support your hill! The ground now collapses, and where once was a hill is now a sinkhole. Since you said it is your hill and not your sinkhole, now it is... MY SINKHOLE On another note, this thread is about hills. So i build a hill. Splendid. Now i own both a hill and a sinkhole.
