    1st January 1970! That's the beginning of the Unix Epoch. In Unix and Unix-like systems (like Linux), time is represented by the amount of seconds that have elapsed since January 1st, 1970. The forums are probably hosted on a computer running Linux (like 98% of the websites in the world). If the "date" data of a thread is set to 0, that means, for the system, that it has been created exactly on January 1st, 1970. This "date reset" can happen because of bugs, data corruption, or that sort of things. I'm pretty sure that these threads can't be accessed, and that they are all that remains of the past forum catastrophes (like the one in 2012 or 2013). So, all these threads are probably corrupted or bugged references to now-inexistant threads.
