Probably... Even if it's ranked E, but nearly all the video hosting sites I've found so far are also ranked E. The good point of Youtube is that it allows for unlimited space and very large video size, unlike most of the other sites, however the free "version" has a lot of ads (which may be disabled with the extension YouTube Enhancer (which, I've just checked, is currently available for Firefox, Edge, Chrome, Safari and Opera)).

It depends. I would say no, but it may be possible, by studying the files (and not decompiling them), to see something -- althrough I don't really know.
