  1. Would require some relays, no? A mothership won't be enough to ensure the rover is always connected to the KSC. So, on one planet, I would certainly add a lot of relays. But if I plan to do the entire Kerbolar System... May be too long. And apparently, Kerbnet is "offline" when the communication network is off (disabled in the settings). I will test it again, and see if it's still possible to place markers when it's offline.
  2. Nice! I suppose you did them with a computer (given the perfectly uniform colors), so... what software did you use?
  3. After spending thre hours rewriting about half the code, I got working tabs! You can add more and switch between them, and each one is independant (they can have different .craft open). I also added a but of code to show the first name/value pair in structures (like MODULEs or RESOURCEs) for better readability. The source code has reached 291 lines (including the empty line at the bottom of the file). EDIT The save button now works, and pressing 'Quit' no longers closes the window - it closes the current tab (and the window if it was the last). Also, this button gives a warning if there are any unsaved changes ("Unsaved changes. Save them, or Quit again."), rather than forgetting them. The two bottom entries just don't work - I'll do them next. More EDITs So now you can modify the entries! (but not add/remove them) And you can save your work! And be warned when you try to quit without having saved Source code so far: (369 lines)
  4. My programming skills are probably improving quite a lot, it's the first time I do stuff with tk and it works first try.
  5. I made the part that handles the tk window and the tree (plus its useless-because-I'm-too-lazy-to-properly-do-the-bindings scrollbar), as well as the one that fills the tree with the data from the nested lists. Actually, I wasn't expecting it to work First Try! Next: do the scrollbar binding and add input fields, tabs, etc. EDIT: Oh, look, a working scrollba!r (the other things are not working :P) Now the file I/O is working! OK, mostly the input - not the output (sigh) Can you guess what craft this is? Oh, btw - source code (221 lines) If it complains that it cannot find the font 'Unifont', just remove the font=('Unifont', 12) part somewhere in main (line 188 iirc). Next, write a function to associate an item of the ttk.Treeview to its corresponding name/value pair.
  6. So I added a clipboard to my cli craft file parser... It just works. Hmmm, maybe I should work on the GUI...
  7. Oh, a radio wave cartographer? Cool! 9.99999999996/10
  8. How does Comic Sans (I know...) render for you? Mine's like this.
  9. No, I don't think. But there's no way to know. Maybe every human on Earth hit their heads when I made this post, which would explain why we all see that. But even if it happened, it wouldn't have affected the Earth in a significant way, at least not enough for us to detect it. Our species will live and eventually disappear, without anyone knowing whether their ancestors did all hit their heads at this particular moment or not. (man, that's a good forecast, isn't it?)
  10. So you are (lol) The name of the font used for like everything but ToolBarController's window is NotoSans-Regular SDF Atlas#2048x2048. OK, so now I have to restart the game... -- OK, so now I need to change all of that to Unifont.
  11. Inconsistency #4 Apparently, fonts are images. I'll try to modify Font Texture#256x256.png and ARIAL SDF Atlas#1024x1024 and show you the results lol Sounds fun.
  12. N 52 @tajwo @Souptime @Kerbalsaurus @Akagi @sir rocket @LHACK4142 @SSTO Crasher I think some help is required.
  13. I think a Kronal Vessel Viewer + GIMP combo can do that: Tutorial: https://imgur.com/a/jvgzyz4
  14. The biggest issue with external seats is that Kerbals don't regain flags by sitting in them, so if you want to plant flags, you'll need to plant a few hundred of them near the launchpad/runway and get one of the Kerbals from the rover to pick them up, one by one. A rough estimation of the time it would take is one to two hundred flags per hour. Here's Bob, ready to pick up 26 flags near the runway. These 26 flags were really a pain to plant. @18Watt is editing the save file to give a Kerbal a lot of flags allowed, if all Kerbal onboard the rover are in external seats?
  15. 8/10 you were posting a lot in the Number War a while ago
