  1. Love the kerbal clip, you should show more of that stuff more often!
  2. Absolutely unplayable game
  3. Reported Version: v0.1.5 (latest) | Mods: none | Can replicate without mods? Yes OS: Windows 11 (latest) | CPU: I9 CPU Intel | GPU: 3060 6 gb (laptop) | RAM: 16 GB This is a boosted report from 0.1.4 as the bug has not changed/been fixed. This bug happens when a kerbal is on EVA and holding onto a ladder and the craft is accelerating. The kerbal slowly, "drifts" away from the craft while still being "attached" to the ladder. Image and video show 2 different examples, on different ladders. Included Attachments: KerbalSpaceProgram22023-10-2718-24-23.mp4
  4. Reported Version: v0.1.5 (latest) | Mods: none | Can replicate without mods? Yes OS: Windows 11 (latest) | CPU: I9 CPU Intel | GPU: 3060 6 gb (laptop) | RAM: 16 GB Image explains most of the issue - gravity is shown as 0.00 when Gilly does, in fact, have gravity. This is most likely due to the system of calculating characteristics/showing stats in the tracking station "cuts" numbers instead of rounding them, or maybe just a mistake from a dev putting in these values. 5. Reported Version: v0.1.5 (latest) | Mods: none | Can replicate without mods? Yes OS: Windows 11 (latest) | CPU: I9 CPU Intel | GPU: 3060 6 gb (laptop) | RAM: 16 GB Title explains the bug, here is a video, too. It does make a noise so I am assuming this is meant to happen. This is so obscure but I hope it helps for the time when interstellar comes around. Included Attachments: KerbalSpaceProgram22023-10-2717-45-00.mp4
  6. I feel a problem here is a lot of people are used to the ksp 1 career mode system where the tech tree is the main method of progression and missions are the side goals. With them adding animations and story, I think its now the other way round!
  7. Reported Version: v0.1.5 (latest) | Mods: none | Can replicate without mods? Yes OS: Windows 11 (latest) | CPU: I9 CPU Intel | GPU: 3060 6 gb (laptop) | RAM: 16 GB I recovered a craft from the surface of Kerbin, in the low mountains near the north pole and my camera reset to the middle of kerbin. Furthermore it seems like camera collision for tracking station planets is not currently available? I can zoom in and out as much as I want into the center of the planet. This bug may also be related to other tracking station bugs in the game right now because of how all of them seem to root from how the camera is calculated in its position (it isn't a saved/constant variable). 8. Reported Version: v0.1.5 (latest) | Mods: none | Can replicate without mods? Yes OS: Windows 11 | CPU: I9 CPU Intel | GPU: 3060 6 gb (laptop) | RAM: 16 GB Image describes, but here is a text description: all vessel icons, including the KSC and vessels clip into planets due to being unity 3d text that is a lower unity rendering layer than 3d planets, and set in 3d space. This causes the icons to not be completely visible even when they should be as part of it is "overlapped" by the planet as unity text/icons always face the camera, but the planets, being 3d, of course don't. This is a very very minor bug but it makes it hard to see where crafts are on planets. Included Attachments:
  9. Reported Version: v0.1.5 (latest) | Mods: none | Can replicate without mods? Yes OS: Windows 11 | CPU: I9 CPU Intel | GPU: 3060 6 gb (laptop) | RAM: 16 GB Video explains quite well but the ^ arrow does not show a window is open in the PAM if a part is opened via right click (part via flight view). But the options for the part are open. When clicking on the part in the PAM the arrow performs normally. I do this to two different parts to show it happens to everything. 10. Its literally 20 tons of fuel on top of a 1m wide empty pole. It'll break.
  11. Using a (relatively new) quote from one of the older science teasers, apparently science experiments won’t be using a time-sensitive matter but rather want to “encourage new ways of playing” and “go into special situations”. An example used is that to get a certain thing you need to go into geosync orbit to gain a certain resource. This methodology is being used across both research collection and science gathering in the game by the devs. Don't fret - it won't be just "go to location and click button". Furthermore also you can see this via the giant diving bell contraption, most likely incentivizing the use of large water crafts. Take a look at the parts again and you can see how they are all meant to teach the player to do new things - and to complete a challenge associated with each one. Also transmission time will become more of an issue I believe because with transmitting science if your transmission is cut off from, say, a planet getting in the way, it will cause you to need to do if differently. We should get more into in the coming weeks - but (and this is the last point, I promise) also keep in mind how the mission system is now completely different than before. This message is for those sorta wondering about if its a carbon copy of ksp 1 - its not. Science now is the side progression to missions, not the other way round like ksp 1.
  12. Reported Version: v0.1.4.1 (latest) | Mods: none | Can replicate without mods? Yes OS: Windows 11 | CPU: I9 CPU Intel | GPU: 3060 6 gb (laptop) | RAM: 16 GB I found when taking off with my plane I made my kerbal EVA accidentally as the plane was accelerating. The kerbal started to slowly "shift" away from the ladder point and in the reverse direction of the acceleration. The kerbal was still attached to the craft and looked like it was still holding the ladder but after a point it was just holding air and was still "attached" to the craft. Images show example. 13. Reported Version: v0.1.4.1 (latest) | Mods: none | Can replicate without mods? Yes OS: Windows 11 | CPU: I9 CPU Intel | GPU: 3060 6 gb (laptop) | RAM: 16 GB When on EVA the navball changes its color pallet to "nightmode"/"space" when even on an atmospheric body like kerbin. These images were taken on Kerbin and to note is my UI is scaled at 95%. I am pretty sure this is a bug but correct me if I am wrong. Images show the UI when in a craft at the same location as when EVA'ing as a kerbal. 14. I've put the files in the "gamedata" folder into ksp's "gamedata" folder but I am not seeing any ingame.
