Yes, practice. But to make it easier, you can r-click on the lander's engine in-flight and reduce the maximum thrust. This gives you finer control because the full range of throttle settings will then cover a narrower range of actual thrust outputs. Example: reduce the Terrier's max output to 50%, and the throttle range is 0-30kn instead of 0-60.

The most hilariously wrong thing someone has ever said to you
Vanamonde replied to Fraston's topic in The Lounge
The problem with making fun of awful things people have said to you is that you have to repeat the awful thing that was said to you to complain about, and we'd rather not have awful things posted to our forum, even for the purpose of mocking them. We've removed one or two of those from this thread and will now ask folks to leave that kind of discussion for other places on the internet. -

Hello. -
We collect the nominations in a thread and discuss them amongst ourselves.
-
Guys, rather than ask us to move your posts to the right threads, how about you post in the right threads in the first place and let these mod threads return to their own subjects?

No, it doesn't carry over. You try it and tell us. (How bored are you?) Keep in mind that the other person will receive 25 notifications that you liked his/her post.

Also, it can be changed. But we don't want it to be over-used.

Welcome to the forum, Cybertron61. I do, however, have to remind you of a rule of our forum, which is that pretend companies and countries will not be allowed to get into feuds, cannot hire other players, or take on jobs for them. As odd as it may seem, such "roleplaying" (2.2.i) has a history of causing no end of trouble here. But as long as you observe those rules, you should be fine and good luck with your project.

@ocso639, the purpose of these posts is somewhat obscure. Please either desist or make your meaning clear. Also, so we're all clear here, I merged this later thread into the earlier one that Deddly locked.

Congrats. Your first Mun landing is the game's biggest and most satisfying milestone. Since you asked, here's mine. (It was a long time ago.)

Please keep in mind that mod makers are unpaid volunteers, and what you may mean as flattering excitement can seem to them to be rudely demanding. -
@HippyChippy, your question has been merged into the master thread for this sort of discussion.

[1.8.1-1] [PLEASE FORK ME] Kopernicus & KittopiaTech
Vanamonde replied to Thomas P.'s topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
Asking about updates is not against any forum rules as long as it's polite and not repeated to the point of nagging. Rather than blaming each other for asking, please just hit the report button on a post you think might be a problem and let the moderators deal with it.
