  1. She also wasn't built only for operation in space. I'd say you should look to the LM and ISS/Mir for your best bets.
  2. Pink Floyd D:\Media\Audio\mp3s\*.mp3 Old radio programs from the 1930s-'50s Movies or TV shows on the other monitor Top Gun soundtrack (for planes)
  3. Nah. The center in Florida only launches rockets. The robots are controlled from California, and people missions are controlled from Houston after the rocket gets off the pad.
  4. I've never tried, but I should. After all, I love cast iron cookware.
  5. My wife bakes cornbread in pie pans...
  6. Earth. But then again, it's the only planet we know of that contains whiskey.
  7. Silly people. That's not a landing. Obviously, our illustrious OP has somehow managed to install the engine, wings, empennage, fuselage, and runway in a backwards manner.
  8. The failure rate was set to 100% for all these tests: No failures or errors in Career without experimental part. (Log 1) No failures, but error shows in log in Sandbox. (Log 2) No failures or errors in Career with experimental part. (Log 3) Failure in Career without experimental part. (Log 4) I'm guessing the error I saw is related to sandbox mode. The results of 1 and 3 may just be due to the fact the failure didn't have time to occur, due to altitude and time constraints.
  9. My experience has mostly been testing in sandbox, with a number of other mods installed, so I cannot confirm. I've got a clean install with only this mod in which I have observed the same failure to fail. I'll go poke at a career game on that one and see what I can find. I'd also like to second this request. Either a limit to the sound length, or a button to cancel it.
  10. No worry, just the lack of any response had me wondering.
  11. And I'm just about to start a new career. Looks like a perfect time to try this out. Thanks!
  12. We're on an internet forum for a computer game about little green men exploring space, discussing the scientific points of balls of fluff from an oft-parodied 1960s sci-fi show, and you accuse me of not taking it seriously?
  13. My guess is that kittens don't follow directions, and Shatner's toupee staff was already familiar with the procedures.
  14. I am happy to report that I will eagerly hear what happens when you try it out.
  15. It's easy for the prop makers to work with. They're easy to build.
  16. You misspelled "Module Manager". Edit: To all of you listing out your favorite mods, please look at this post and this one, by @MachoCyclone and @kaptain_kavern.
  17. Well, we don't have to worry about territorial issues, or worry about where our boosters come down, so an equatorial launch site is always feasible in the game. Some people, however, like to add extra challenge or roleplay to the game.
  18. Since I'm only on version 1.2, can you fill me in on what's going to happen in 11 versions? Oh, and make sure you use your time travel technology for good, not evil. Indeed.
  19. Version 0.3.0 is failing to fail. Repeated attempts show no failures occurring, even though failure rates are set to 100%. Checked the logs, and found this when the vehicle launches: [ERR 00:24:00.196] Exception handling event onLaunch in class KerbalLaunchFailureController:System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object at KerbalLaunchFailure.KLFUtils.PartIsRadialDecoupler (.Part part, Boolean techRequired) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at KerbalLaunchFailure.KLFUtils+<>c.<ExperimentalPartsPresentAndActive>b__10_1 (.Part o) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at System.Linq.Enumerable+<CreateWhereIterator>c__Iterator1D`1[Part].MoveNext () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at System.Collections.Generic.List`1[Part].AddEnumerable (IEnumerable`1 enumerable) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at System.Collections.Generic.List`1[Part]..ctor (IEnumerable`1 collection) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at System.Linq.Enumerable.ToList[Part] (IEnumerable`1 source) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at KerbalLaunchFailure.KLFUtils.ExperimentalPartsPresentAndActive () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at KerbalLaunchFailure.Failure.Occurs () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at KerbalLaunchFailure.KerbalLaunchFailureController.FailureStartHandler (.EventReport eventReport) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at EventData`1[EventReport].Fire (.EventReport data) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 [EXC 00:24:00.209] NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object KerbalLaunchFailure.KLFUtils.PartIsRadialDecoupler (.Part part, Boolean techRequired) KerbalLaunchFailure.KLFUtils+<>c.<ExperimentalPartsPresentAndActive>b__10_1 (.Part o) System.Linq.Enumerable+<CreateWhereIterator>c__Iterator1D`1[Part].MoveNext () System.Collections.Generic.List`1[Part].AddEnumerable (IEnumerable`1 enumerable) System.Collections.Generic.List`1[Part]..ctor (IEnumerable`1 collection) System.Linq.Enumerable.ToList[Part] (IEnumerable`1 source) KerbalLaunchFailure.KLFUtils.ExperimentalPartsPresentAndActive () KerbalLaunchFailure.Failure.Occurs () KerbalLaunchFailure.KerbalLaunchFailureController.FailureStartHandler (.EventReport eventReport) EventData`1[EventReport].Fire (.EventReport data) UnityEngine.Debug:LogException(Exception) EventData`1:Fire(EventReport) KSP.UI.Screens.StageManager:ActivateStage(Int32) KSP.UI.Screens.StageManager:ActivateNextStage() FlightInputHandler:Update() Let me know if you need more information from me.
  20. Squad has previously stated their opposition to the idea, on the basis of players comparing their accomplishments. If one person's Duna is different from another's, how can they meaningfully compare them? Or share vehicles capable of making the journey? I can see their point. Which is why they need to have a procedural, seed-based randomizer for the solar system, in addition to the stock one. That way, people can generate a varied system with unknowns in it, and share the seed for it to allow others to compare their journeys in the same system.
