1. Mm seems likely. But I just destroyed one of my crafts that were close to it. Damn it.
2. Wow there are so many options! I haven't found any problems except that I didn't read the manual correct so I've been searching for ever why the wheels didn't work. And I had some human interface errors (that's me XD): I released the RAT before opening the cage... I was trapped inside. But it looks very good!
3. Well now we know what to leave out. I think I'll just start playing around in KSP in the hope that I find something new without looking for it. But I won't put this mystery out of my mind, what can it be?
4. I just ran very quick to my computer because I thought it was on fire. Glad it were the beans, could be wor.. gkgjfdvj. The smell of release day! That was quick! Trying this tomorrow asap.

Skunky is back

Arrrr! That's good news. Welcome back on board Capt'n Skunky. We missed ya.
6. Yes you already told us that 23 September. But keep it secret, I'd like to search the meaning of the image by our own (unless we still don't know it after one year xD). I love this easter egg.
7. You say shot somewhere. I've been thinking about it, idk at how much speed it is... could it be (for a future update) that it's something like a 'wormhole'. A SSTV signal on a planet indicates with a map where the Magic Boulder is, we've already found it but the signal we have is only a piece of the puzzle. But the map/descriptive image tells other lifeforms that there a wormhole that might lead to their 'sun' with planet(s). So the SSTV signal could be a leftover of a ancient lifeform that used wormholes to reach many light years... etc etc. I'm probably thinking way to much out of the box. And my knowledge about wormholes and light-years is quite basic so it's probably rubbish what I'm saying now.
8. Welcome to KSP, this looks great! Going to try it as soon as possible. Edit: I'm missing some parts... I think.... or lets say KSP thinks. :/
9. What if the Magic Boulder is literary a Easter Egg?
10. Just a random thought about the SSTV signal. Could it be related to one of Niels Bohr's results/drawings? Got the idea from the Google Doodle of today.
11. Wow so much details. What do I say? Functional details! That's great BobCat!
12. Mm I'm facing my next problem. Which easter egg should I first go for. I'm now very distracted by that 'cave' thing.
13. That is a cave? O.o It looks more like a very large mun arch that's going through the terrain.
14. The DEMV 2 is a cockpit. At least the front part is. The back (fuel tank) and the chassis aren't.
15. Opticalshadow that's exactly how I play this game. Till now I've only found one monolith and the second KSP base. 4 days ago it was for the first time for me that I found a mun arch. It indeed gave me a sort of 'holy crap man' level. The fun thing was that the random chosen kerbal for this flight was Jebt, which added for somehow a even more 'omg this is fantastic' feeling. I already knew that they existed thanks to threads like this (which I keep checking every day). But still managing to find them yourself without plugins like mapsat makes me feel great. It takes very much time to do the searching for Unidentified Objects with only your eye's. But everyone has his/her own techniques to find them, which doesn't remove any of the fun for me. The most awesome thing about these easter eggs is for me that we all work together to a certain level to find them. Team work for the win! I also hope that the dev's will keep adding these mysterious objects, planetary bodies and other secrets. They really add a great level of detail to the game. When I heard the SSTV signal in a video I immediately thought of a very old movie 'Alien': it scared the crap out of me. xD
16. How can you do something 'not legit' or with 'cheats' in a sandbox game? I don't really get it. If you don't want to see easter egg and there locations then why are you in the 0.17 Easter eggs thread? I don't want to start a off-topic discussion here but it annoys me how pointing a line to a object is referenced to cheating and using a mapping tool isn't. O.o Anyway, I think I finally managed to learn how to do interplanetary flights (I think). So thanks again Nova, without the easter eggs I would be so enthusiastic to get to these things by myself. And thanks everyone for posting clues and pics, they really help me out!
17. That's probably the thing Nova was hoping for. Hilarious crash! xD
18. I don't care how people found the magic boulder. I'm very happy that Legal2k shared his findings and his code (I won't use it but still). Let's go to the boulder... well... at least when I finally learnt myself how to do interplanetary flights. I feel sorry for Nova, but I still think that even with these tools it's a great gift to the community. Nova thank you for making all these easter eggs!
19. Le sigh about the trolls. And clever bot isn't helping very much.
20. A anomaly on the South Pole of the Mun? *Starts KSP as fast as possible (Faster PC!!)* "Bill: not again a mission to the Mun?!" *Launch sequence initiated 10... 9... 8...* To be continued...
21. Err what do you mean. I don't really understand what you're trying to tell us.
