I use part clipping when building very compact SSTO's, complex rockets with multiple payloads on different orbits, on stations and when I have to land somewhere... Ugh I use it everywhere
Hi all! Am I the only one hooked on this drug called Standardize? I've been trying to force a standard down on everything as of late, ranging from the number of Kerbals which must be present on any flight off or on Kerbin to the total maximum number of parts allowed for a given rocket.(Which has led to many a-Kerbals unfortunate demise). I think I may be addicted. Anyone else which also have experienced this kind of addic- I mean attraction to standardization?
Hi! Am I the only one here who uses the entire keyboard to play this game? I even had to bring in my keypad to get all my buttons included. How much of your keyboard do you use during gaming sessions?
Noob = Idiot which refuses to learn from his actions. (in all aspect) Newbie = A greenhorn, newcomer, rookie etc etc. Please learn to use the two words separately, one is offensive the other is neutral.
I skipped out on the mods in favour of minimalism, try to get something far more interesting then just more parts to play with. I am not a stock purist, I just like to have less options.
Explain to me how that would work? How would logic apply to that? SAS can't 'magic' its way to CoM. As far as I've read, SAS (the actual unit) applies torque from its location to the command pod.
SAS has to be in the centre of mass, if you put it on top or at the bottom it will attempt to turn your craft from where it currently is. Which you can guess, is not always a good thing.
