    The cloud or the stars? Both are from Astronomer's Visual Pack. The stars are the 8K texture and the clouds are the 43K texture.

    Yes, this was inspired by Boldly Going's Enterprise space station. Russia likes to copy what America does sometimes, so I decided to make a Buran Space Station. Zarya joins Buran.

    I used the BDB micro decoupler. I don't know if Beale or anyone will make a mount for Sputnik. Until then, the micro decoupler makes an excellent mount for Sputnik.

    (Note to self, add retro rockets to first stage so it doesn't get caught on second stage.) BDB is great for making the H-IIA. Castor 120s serve as SRB-A replacements and Castor 4A-XL is already in BDB.

    Which Salyut stations are you talking about? Because iirc all of them should have built in fairings in the 2.5 to 1.5 crew compartment. Unless you're talking about the way to attach the bottom of the station module to the top of the proton rocket, then yeah, you have to use a 2.5m fairing and just create an interstage to the bottom of the 2.5 module part.

    Phase three of Project Trinity is complete, and thus Project Trinity is complete. Space Station Columbus made from MTFF derived components joins the ISS.

    @Pappystein Are you building just a random mix match of the three ISS designs? Or is this just something you put together?

    @Beale I want to do something with Mir-2, but not sure which version to make. Which one would you recommend? And I know you don't have all Mir-2 parts so I'll be kitbashing the rest.
