@Shadowmage As for the suggestions: 1) Resizable probe core with the model based off the Saturn V third stage Avionics Ring 2) Station parts. I thought of a way to make these resizeable. Basically take the IVA from w/e model you use, and the outside model, and just dupiclate them per stretch. For example, the hitchhiker, when someone goes to make it from MFT-1 to MFT-2, it will just look like two hitchhikers welded together. 3) Proton main engines, or at least a mount that will put the six engines like the Proton, I.E. protruding past the internal tank. 4) Modular/Resizable rcs thrusters with the ability to make ports appear on any side of the rcs 5) Modular Parachutes? Like the ability to make one to five parachutes deploy from one canister, also, to change the shape of the parachute. The stock models are fine, but I would like something like the Ares/Orion parachutes, the red white and blue ones. 6) Stock engine mounts with modularity. I would like to have 9 mainsails, or skippers, on one mount. Jebidiah wants to go crazy. *Is already thinking of giant rockets*

Well then, this is quite funny. You go from, "Sorry guys, I'm losing interest because of a problem." to "I fixed it, partially! Interest restored!" in one day, or is it two... I'm too lazy to check lol, but awesome sauce!

@Shadowmage Are you taking suggestions for new parts right now or not until your official release?

@Shadowmage So I talked to hraban, Contares creator, and he says that the RP/SS is not a bug. He says he plans on removing all stock plumes from his mod and go directly for RP/SS.

It breaks contares visually. And I wasn't trying to insult you in anyway.

You're mod is excellent and I love what it adds, but what you're doing is going to draw a lot of potential downloaders away. Contares breaks mods for people who can't or don't want to run RP or SS. The alternative is breaking Contares itself. Is that really the message you want to send to people? Do what I say or don't use my mod. I would highly suggest you reconsider your position on stock plumes, or at least find someone who can give Contares the stock plumes people need to run the mod with other mods. I would hate to see this mod get hate just because of stock plumes vs. RP/SS. And why even remove stock plumes? RP/SS overrides the stock plumes anyway, so there is no need to remove them.

I'm not trying to be mean, but you're saying you won't make you mod compatible with other mods?. It's your mod and you have the right to do with it as you please, but why make it to where your mod breaks other mods?

@hraban I have a bug to report. Your mod is activating realplumes/smokescreen on another mod without realplumes/smokescreen installed. The mod is SSTULabs by Shadowmage. He has found the problem and here's his quote on the problem:

I find when the bar gets to the 'q' in the liquidfuel bar is good enough fuel for a LKO orbit and for the first stage to return to the KSC, though, I haven't hit the pad, only the surrounding area, around a 5K radius around the pad at least in all landings. Going to SKO, haven't tested that out yet.

The mod is in a stable state. I'd say it's ready for release after Shadowmage tunes up the latest editions. As for stable with other mods, that's an on going investigation. I'm having trouble between contares and this mod, but all other mods seem to work fine.

@Shadowmage Updating both your mod and Contares didn't work. I don't know what could be wrong...

I updated to the new SSTUL and the problem still occurs. Going to update contares and see if that does anything. Also, I found out it's not just the RS-68 engine having the plume problem. It is also: F1B but only the exhaust port and not the main nozzle LR81 - Only exhaust port RD-108 RD-107-A RD-0110 I had the debug menu up and no null refs are coming up. I can't figure this out. Hopefully an update with fix it.

@Shadowmage I've noticed you're still using the .24 MM plugin in and not .25. Is there known issues with .25 and SSTUL? Or have you just not had time to check MM? If there are known issues, this might be the cause for the nullrefs I'm getting as I use .25 and not .24.

Strange. I will update and try it. I'll even try updating contares. When I have the mod running I get null ref errors in the debug menu...

@ComatoseJedi I'll have to wait till I get home to show it, but as stated in a post a page or two back, the Orion RCS fires and won't stop firing, the plumes for the engines show up. I tracked the problem down to Contares or SSTUL. I only had those two mods installed while trying to confirm the problem. Well, I did have Tantares installed as well, but I tested Tantares with SSTUL alone, no problem. As soon as I load up with SSTUL, Tantares, Tantares LV, and Contares, bam, rcs pushing the craft into an endless turn and the plumes on the RS-68(? The delta heavy engines) were showing full thrust plumes even though they are at zero thrust. They don't produce thrust, but the plumes are still there.

@Shadowmage I have a suggestion to make for a part. Resizable probe core. Preferable the Saturn V third stage avionics core as the model. Also, I have played around and found out that Contares does not like your mod. Any idea why? There are no plugins for Contares, or Tantares, that I know of.

I found a possible bug, but I need someone to duplicate it for me so I can confirm it. The bug is that the plumes appear on The SSTUL engines when you have contares installed. The RCS on the orion also starts firing by itself.

Is anyone else having a problem with the right-click menu not updating the propellants/electrical charge/etc when you change its size?

No, as the petal is the way the fairings seperate. They detach from the base and are not motorized.
