Kool! I will do some experimenting to see if the KSO can be converted into a space plane. it might have to carry wing mounted ram jets, but I don't think it will be too much of a problem if I balance it just right.

May I suggest a future mission? Build a interstellar ship and take a shuttle to four shuttles to a different planet like eve, duna, Lathe, or any other atmosphere planet. The shuttle can hold the long 1.25m tank in the cargo bay, so you could bring extra fuel. I haven't tried to make the shuttle for atmosphere flight, but I'm sure with some adjusting it could be possible.

Great, I await it! Maybe you could ask Lack how he gets his rotation part to rotate without lag? It's a non plugin mod, so he has to be doing something with the animation to make it smooth and non laggy.

Is the Icarus going to get any love? The reason I ask is because the rotation of the arms lags it so much! LLL's rotating arms don't lag at all. Also, is the heat shield going to get Deadly reentry love as well in the future? I was thinking maybe it could have a regenerating layer of protection?

Is the standard for parts: .625 1.25 2.5 3.75 5 6.625 7.25 8.75 10 11.625 12.25 13.75 15 Or .625 1.25 2.5 3.75 5 5.625 6.25 7.75 9 9.625 10.25 11.75 13 13.625 14.25 15.75 I would like to know because I'm thinking of making my mod parts fit with other mods that use standard sizes, such as KW and AIES.

With all those mods, there's bairly any ram left! That's your problem! B9 alone takes up most of the memory! You're hitting the 3.5 limit marker easily! Take off some of those mods if you want to stop crashing.

You might have conflicting parts or plugins.

If you look at the second link, the top section looks it is the fuel tank for the shuttle, while the bottom section is cut off from the top. I believe the bottom is detached at a predetermined altitude and the top tank carries on with the shuttle. There's a clear line that shows the separation point. Edit: Just found this website after I posted. http://www.astronautix.com/lvs/satuttle.htm It's called the Satuttle, or Saturn Shuttle. I was right about the top part being the Shuttle Tank. The main rocket is made of two tanks, the bottom being LOX/Kerosene, the top being LOX/LH2

I thought he was creepy as heck. His skin is all burned off, or burned off in most places. He became too involved with religion, as far as to kill people and say God didn't want them to complete their mission. If God didn't want them to complete it, he wouldn't have given them the technology to save themselves. I don't care about shape right now, I just want the color and design scheme.

Or you could tell people to get Snjo's Hanger extender mod! It expands the VAB and SPH extremely! You could probably get mods made for Real Solar System to fit inside the VAB with that mod lol. As far as keeping the rocket within the stock ksp hanger, you could put it through the floor. The rocket will go through the floor if you don't attach a command pod to it. Hmmm. Too bad Kertown hasn't been worked on in a while(well, I don't think it has). You could ask one of the devs to build your underground VAB lol Don't let limitations stop you from making that rocket! if you need to shrink it, shrink it! We all would love to see your work completed all the way through! Also, any colony ships in the idea board?
