Use struts. I am currently making aircraft that can handle well in excess of 9Gs. B9 has some wonderful invisible struts which are great, and they are stronger than the stock struts.- 14,073 replies

How do you add the ability to use RF for engines not currently supported by RF? And if I wanted to change an existing engine from the TT VTOL engine pack to mimic the VTOL engine for the YAK-141 how would I go about doing that?

Went to Duna, landed on Ike, and returned. This was before .23 I think. It only had minor issues.

Need a tank? Currently has Laztek, IR, and Skillful, B9 lights and TT modular wheels. 75mph top speed, and it has a coaxial 7.62mm MG and a low profile.

While this is a fantastic idea, it is not always possible. While you maybe graced with an abundance of thumb drives and time some of us are not. You may have the computer knowledge to be able to know exactly what to copy over and what not to, and how to crack a .dll and fix problems in a matter of minutes and shat binary and vomit C++ but some of us mere mortals only know how to get this to boot up and run. -

Camlost, I have two engine requests/questions for you or Nathan. Is it possible to create an engine cfg for the YAK-141 VTOL engines using the TTVTOL engine models Taurus and the other one which I cant remember? They are wonderful looking engines and I imagine would be great at representing some other jet engine turbines that were and are used.

So uninstalled everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. And reinstalled an launched the client after every plugin installed. The only plugin that was causing ALL of my problems was EVE, it was not playing well with something. I have no clue what, possibly the planet factory planets, and now it wont load the planet factory planets but I have the launch sites. So go figure, I am officially at the f*k-it point.

What is your terrain details set at? -
Ok this is exactly what is happening. It is loading everything in the loading screen fine. But the second loading screen that has the spinning loading icon at the bottom right, is where it is just sitting. So here is my trouble shooting process. REMOVE ALL MODS. Load KSP stock- Check Load KSP+RSS - Check Load KSP+RT2+RSS-check Untill I find the fault.

So I tried to uninstall and reinstall everything, now it has been compiling the planets for, about 45 minutes I am going to leave it over night because it is 15 till 2AM for me and this is the 3rd reinstall in one night to try and get this to work......... Getting beyond frustrated.

I am having issues with this and RSS6.2, for some reason I can not adjust the altitude of the clouds to get them high enough so it is not a low fog or low cloud coverage of 3km altitude around the real Earth. I have looked in the cfg file and there is no adjustment perimeter in it. So if someone has a working cfg file for RSS6.2 with the planet factory planets that would be great. -
Ok this is what is in the RSS folder.... -Compatibility folder -Plugins folder -LaunchSites.cfg -Readme_RSS -RealSolarSystem.cfg -RealSolarSystem.Version (Version File) -RealSolarSystemSettings.cfg No .dll in the whole folder.

Well nothing like AJE. It changes the speed scale mostly. But I have never played with stock KSP. I have had FAR since and hour after I installed the game, lol. Two first mods, DRE and FAR.- 14,073 replies

To FAR does nothing to jet engines in KSP fact is jets in KSP are overpowered. If you want to bring them more in line with real jet engines you need AJE which changes them to act like real jets. Thus killing intake spamstrosities and making ssto jets near impossible.- 14,073 replies
