  1. The engine effect is just less visible as that engine is primarily a vacuum use engine and engine effects are VERY different in a vacuum and almost invisible, hence why it's hard to see personally i love it However if you already know this and even that is not appearing i have no clue lol
  2. He means use the RasterPropMonitor mod in your IVA it's and excellent mod for IVA functionality and pods who use it tend to get a lot more attention

  4. Like the work so far if you need a good texture person i would contact blackheart612 as he is a good texture artist there's some others as well but he helps do textures for lots of cool mods

That's what i've done i was just wondering he could add support for a unique texture so the two can be interchangeable without needing to photoshop each time and using visorReflectionColour wouldn't work as that's for the environment map textures, not the visor itself in fact the visor itself basically turns black in the dark lol

Hey shaw, so regarding an earlier post about making HUDs, would it be possible to add into the plugin a way for one to make an additional texture that works like the visor texture in which they'd draw a reverse HUD and have that layer be always lit up so in the dark it looks illuminated? if not then could you possible add a feature of just adding support for making a HUD texture? Keep it cool!

Something like this could be possible My initial thought was integrating it into the visor reflection textures but that wouldn't work In order to make something that worked like so all you'd have to do is draw it into the visor texture itself, however getting it to be bright against the kerbal or make light is something that a future version of the plugin would need to do ^^hint hint shaw

So some possible solutions would be to possibly not even label the engine as an RD-171 unless you are trying to make an exact replica of the energia system it could work as you could choose one of the other sized russian engines and label it as that possibly? If not, then I wouldn't necessarily have a problem with it being odd sized whatever works best and is easiest honestly would be fine with me stubbles! Keep it cool

  12. Yeah I did they were great and worked like a charm I noticed however that some of the env maps that I sent you are actually wrong orientated, it's hard to see but they are and i"m gonna try to figure it out and I'll send you the correct ones (and I'll be sure to resize them down to 64x64)

  15. I agree with the modular system of the center build honestly with the side LRB's whatever you choose to do with them will satisfy me like always and hey stubbles, I was just curious, what kind of color palette you were thinking of using for the Energia?

  17. Does anyone who has DRE and FAR installed ever managed to re-enter the atmosphere and successfully land? Every time I try I come screaming in not slowing down, the ablative shielding BARELY ablates away and then while I'm only at 15,000m and still going 2000m/s my rear verticals control surfaces, ailerons, landing gear and sometimes wings all explode on me and I crash into the surface with no control every time any help? And if it's important the altitude I'm reentering from is usually 170km and my reentry periapsis is ~20km
  18. Hey Green Skull? Any chance you can make me a custom suit based on the Kerbal States suits with my logo? (if the one I linked is too small PM me and i'll get you the original 2000x2000 version for your own resizing) I was looking to have the Kerbal States white EVA suits and dark orange IVA suits done where one shoulder has flag, and another the logo and then If you could do the helmet with the flags on sides and my logo on back that'd be amazing! Keep it cool!

I like the idea of making our own service modules with 1.875m parts instead of a dedicated service module but I think you should include parts to make a service module that looks just like this (like the taper and stuff) so people can use that style if they want and hey if you need beta testers for future releases i'll gladly help I can test FAR and DRE compatibility
