Nuclear powered - smallest NFT reactor - air propulsion - B9 compressed air jets drone. If my intakes handled IntakeAtm instead of just air it'd work anywhere with an atmosphere. Runs out of fuel in about 21 years.

This one was an experiment just to see how it would work, and really its just an expensive SSTO

Hmm, I've never did put up my humble designs here yet, but there are two that I used to accomplish two career contracts with only the first aircraft science unlocked and the tier one aircraft facility. I would put them in spoilers for if people want to puzzle themselves first, but I can't seem to find that option in the editor.

Simple Drone for reaching 7000 - 13000m height at at least 500m/s with basic jet engine. No SAS of course, so some flying experience (and joystick) required. <g>

Test LV909 in flight between 7000 - 13000m height at at least 100m/s using staging. This one is probably slightly over designed.

Actually I didn't really took note of that, sorry, but the money was good, around 50000 for each if I remember correctly, and obviously in the beginning of the game you need that cash to upgrade some facilities to obtain more science collecting opportunities.

Yeah man, my origional saves that have so many craft in it was taking a aeon to load.. For the more complex builds I have so many different versions of the same craft I lose track and forget what is what. I took to adding the date to the name of the craft! Thanks for the like man.

It's so horrible,  still have my 0.16 install and all versions since then, nowadays every major version has 4 or 5 different folders, and every folder it's own pile of designs. I'm now busy in my 41st install.

Here's my entry: a Proton M rocket delivering the Sputnik 1. The rocket is besides being very strong also very instable unfortunately. So because the elliptical orbit my way to orbit was a little inefficient but fun as well

It was a reaction wheel powered plate flinger.  It could have carried a tube for quite a distance, but it was very hard to get operating, what with changing to the right craft and setting trim.  I was thinking of making it jet powered.
