I'd say Kerbin, but honestly, now that I have both STH, SVH and Scatterer, I'll never be able to look to any stock planet without thinking "Boo, it's ugly!". Case in point, Minmus, which is alreay,honestly, quite something in stock, becomes a real eye candy with these mods, no wonder I like this body so much now!

Thing is, most people want to have a rework for Kerbin since (be careful, guess work) - most people play in the Kerbin system anyways and don't leave for other planets to have an impact on the poll. 

 

I'd vote for Dres :^)

I'd personally like to see everything brought up to at least Kerbin/Mun detail, if not more - perhaps something like Revamped Stock Solar System by @GregroxMun :) 

...that said, Duna probably bothers me the most. If only because it's as far as I usually get before starting a new save :/

The Mun is fine enough. It has procedurally generated craters everywhere, quite a few landmarks, and a variety of very distinct terrain features (the various named craters, the canyons, etc).

For what it does, Minmus is fine too. Large, sweeping mountains broken up by frozen "seas", completely flat plains without any terrain scatter. It's unique and manages to be fundamentally different from the Mun in its visual style, giving early-game some great variety.

And Kerbin, of course. Most varied body in the system right now. Could use a little attention here and there, but it's not pressing right now. Okay, the terrain seams maybe, but its visual style is, for the lack of a better term, OK.

 

The rest of the bodies... ehh. They may be too rarely visited and little involved in gameplay compared to the Kerbin Three, but if any rock in the solar system needs attention, it's one of these. Duna is way too monotonous (but it has been revamped according to recent Devnotes). Moho is a big, hot rock, and has the Mohole as a great landmark, but is otherwise quite bland. Eve is fine, as is Gilly, both being rather unique and serve their role as mid-game destinations decently enough. One has a lot of atmosphere and a lot of gravity, the other has very little gravity and no atmosphere. That's variation, at least.

I don't have any hands-on experience with the rest of the bodies. But if reputation is anything to go by, there's nothing to be seen on neither Dres nor Vall, and Bop and Pol seem like far-away Mohos for most practical purposes (that aren't temperature-related).

I'd be willing to vote Duna based on its current state, but it seems like it has already got some attention to be implemented in the next update or so. Time will tell what it will end up looking like. After Duna, I guess a Dres revamp would be the most pressing.

As far as relatively small fixes or changes go: Jool, Duna, and Eve are the big ones imo.

 

Jool: Too Green. Give it some more contrasting banding with pale stripes and yellow-green stripes. Make it Jupitery in banding formation.

Duna: A little too dark red. Ought to be oranger/browner. Should have terrain fully reverted back to how it was in KSP v0.20 and earlier. Clean up its PQS-Material. I've complained a lot about Duna and its presently mushy state, and here's a mod that will fix it. 

Eve: I might be in the minority about preferring Eve to be much less purple and a more pale color. Still, there can be some significant positive changes to the planet without sacrificing its saturation. This can be done by lightening the atmosphere rims on its scaledspace model (Pink or Blue instead of Dark Purple), and making its oceans more definitively greyish in both Scaledspace and Localspace. Clean up its PQS-Material.

Obviously if I was in charge fully I'd implement Revamped Stock System. But that doesn't mean there aren't some small changes that can make the planets look prettier.

I haven't a clue why Kerbin is so high on the poll. It's probably the best planet in the entire game. A few more varied biomes could be in order, sure, but I think it is genuninely the most interesting single planet.

I put Minmus, since apparently most people don't leave Kerbin SoI. Kerbin needs nothing, since it's just a place to leave from. All the airless worlds need tone at least as good as the Mun. I would have said the Mun needs the rework, but it's currently the best of them. Otherwise, probably Duna.

I actually agree about colours. Jool is not the only one that should be toned down. Most of the planets and moons could actually use slightly realistic colouring. Especially Eve, Minmus and Jool. Also more procedural craters like on the Mun. We never got these even though they were promised.
