So now it's just stacking, legs, aero covers and other minor stuff right? Also probably hinge motors, but those probably come later.

The hinges are fake, they will also need the internal levers the motors pull on, lots of other stuff to, not sure how much piping is down for one.

Don’t worry, they left them an escape hatch:

An escape ladder, however...  -_-

This is an pretty old feature.

Its belived some had to do some internal work plugging the ascending passageway.
I assume the shaft was also plugged but this should be pretty easy.

In the zoomed view, it almost looks like the fairing might slide down some distance over the base.

It looks slightly larger on the right side, though perhaps the same the other way on the left, it might be just offset/rotated slightly.

last image zoom left side, steps the other direction.

• SpaceX of Hawthorne, California, $3 million SpaceX will collaborate with NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama, to develop and test coupler prototypes – or nozzles – for refueling spacecraft such as the company’s Starship vehicle. A cryogenic fluid coupler for large-scale in-space propellant transfer is an important technology to aid sustained exploration efforts on the Moon and Mars.
