While the UR-700 parts are in the making, here's a quick try to built it out of available materials.

For the lack of a better-fitting option, the stock Swivels are used on the third stage. The side tanks are taken from the Soyuz rocket in Tantares.

The ship is built out of Tantares parts and thus is not quite the right scale for this rocket. Perhaps this is why the upper stage has some extra 1000 m/s left after making orbit.

Sorry for doubleposting, but it just came to me... The fairing, at least on images like this, seems to be inline with the rocket's core in diameter. So perhaps 1.875m is the right scale for LK-700...

@NISSKEPCSIM Wow, this is really awesome. Not sure how I missed all these great parts before!

Just wondering, for the Gemini style Mk1-A pod - An inline parachute that lets you attach a docking port would really round out this part's functionality. Gemini was all about docking. Maybe you could borrow one of the inline ports from @Beale's Tantares mods and adjust it to the correct diameter? He has a couple of inlines that work great. If not, I'll write a config that'll be dependent on both mods being installed...

I know this is a very late response but in answer to your question, I can at least say that DarkSide Technology Continued's centrifuge part spins incredibly rapidly in 1.12.5.  I did, however, make a Module Manager patch that removes the problem by using Firespitter to handle the rotation animation, so you will need at least firespitter.dll installed as well, though obviously the full Firespitter release would work fine, too.
