this mod keeps crashing my game, it says something about the handrail not being found

Go into the NMB Folder, and find the folder "HUD 4" then delete that. Unfortunately it prevents you being able to use the new Flanker Cockpit (The part works, but cant use cockpit view) and it makes the F22 Cockpit Permanently Black.

Hello guys

I downloaded NMB and JSI, then suppressed HUD5 and my game is loading on 1.8

What more do I need to get the inside view from the cockpit? When I hit C, there's no view, I still see from outside with any NMB cockpit

The Super Flanker one doesnt work, but as for the others idk. Try reinstalling, and if that doesn't work then idk.

I downloaded JSI and NMB, threw away HUD 5, so that my game does not crash, is there anything more to download to make inside view and HUD working?

"Idk" is short for "I dont know". So I'm sorry, but I cant really help any more, besides trying to reinstall.

Hey, my game crashes while loading one of your parts. here is my log.

Well, a lot of the props are buggy, I Installed some ´´Handrail fix´´ that somebody did, didnt did nothing, so I took a look inside and there was some people telling diferent things, about the HUDs and the Handrails, so I think I deleted HUD4 and all the IVAs work, but sadly the F-22 cockpit is black, so all the parts are white making the cockpit a broken forgotten piece, in my F-22 thats in KerbalX I had to use the Type 20 cockpit with DSI intake, and older version users use the real one, making people to ditch mine since its not the cockpit.

And you may say that I simply change all the plane to black using Textures Unlimited Recolour Depot.

See, I want to make planes as stock as posible, maintaining looks, so that is not an option.

Also also, this mod seems abandoned, since there were not updates for 1.9.0 and nor for 1.10, and the recurrent issue had no updtaes at all, because I mean a mod that crash the game is serious and no devs had said nothing about it, so it would be discontinued?

I am having issues where whenever I download the most recent version of the mod, it crashes my game halfway through loading.
I somewhere that someone fixed this by going back to the previous version, so do you know where I can access the previous version?

As it's a parts-only mod it doesn't require any updates for 1.9 or 1.10 because there were no changes that affect parts behavior. Problem with HUD5 is not a compatibility issue, it's just an error in the cfg.

I'm using v3.2 of this mod and it works with every KSP version from 1.4 to 1.10

Then why hasn't a hotfix been released to address this issue, as well as the always black-textured F-22 cockpit? I absolutely love this mod and consider it one of my 'must have's, but these problems seem like they should have been fixed a while ago if the developer was still paying attention to and/or invested in the mod. The only reason I haven't made the hotfixes myself is because the mod hasn't officially been marked as abandoned yet, and I don't think it's ethical to release a fork of a mod that is technically still being actively supported. I really hope that the developer, if they are still active and paying attention to this mod, will address these problems soon.

... or wasn't busy, or was working on it, or just didn't feel like it. After all, mod makers are unpaid volunteers. They maintain as they are able, and as they wish to. They don't owe anyone anything more. Please keep that in mind.

I understand that and deeply respect that the mod developer is doing this out of their free time with no compensation, but if they have lost the motivation to continue working on this mod (as you put it, they 'just don't feel like it'), or if real-life matters have become such that mod development is unfeasible at this time (which is entirely justifiable, real life always comes first), it would be great if the developer might be able to inform us of this fact, and perhaps allow other people on this site the opportunity to continue their work while they are absent or involved in other affairs. It's just a bit frustrating to see a great mod sitting in that limbo between "actively supported" and "completely abandoned", where the truth of the matter is too ambiguous to determine whether or not it would be permissible for other folks to pick up where they left off and make updated forks for the mod. TL;DR: I just want permission for folks to pick up this mod and fix the issues it has since we haven't heard anything from the developer about it.

I keep getting this error when I try to use the newest NMB engines in 1.10.1.  Even files that worked flawlessly in 1.9 don't seem to work in 1.10.

Is anyone else having this issue, had this issue, or found a fix for similar issues that might direct me to a means of solving it?

Hmm.. I just recently saw that same error crop up for someone else, on a different mod... could very likely be something not just specific to *this* mod vOv
