What if kerbals had different textures?

It kinda worked, the button appeared, But when i clicked the arrow to change the texture, Nothing happened. Do you know ho to fix this?

Not surprising since the linked mod is for game version 0.23.5

Did you install any specific textures?  I think you have to install textures after installing the mod.

Some mods needs an installation of textures, in addition of the mod itself. Also, while some outdated mods DOES worked in newer KSP (I have a mod for KSP v1.0 that still works in KSP v1.4-1.5) they usually buggy or have incomplete feature (Though so far, having installed many outdated mods, I find that none of them have savefile-bricking result)

Yeah Im sure this is not high on the devs' priority list but I would love to see this. Just a dozen or so hairstyles, glasses and facial hair randomized in different colors for new recruits doesn't seem like that much modeling work and it would create such a sense of personality and attachment. I'd love to see a stock implementation.

I´ve downloaded and installed the Texture Replacer the same day it was updated for KSP 1.5.1, and it works fine (that goes for the new heads, faces AND reflexions ).
Sometimes, you just need to close the game, completely delete the installed folder and reinstall it. I won´t say i´ve actually CHANGED the textures, ´cause those automatically replaced ones look  are cool enough for me.
