I have been an avid KSP player and forum viewer since the days of 1.0.5, but only recently felt the desire to post stuff. I figure this topic would be a good place to figure out the forum formatting, hence the potential for future messes.

Cheers to that @Starhawk. Space janitors are important jobs after all. 

Does the @ callout notify the linked user every time a topic is updated, or only when a post mentions the callout specifically?

The @ notifies you only when it is posted.  Threads you start are on your notify list by default, so you get notified every time somebody posts in one.

Welcome to the KSP forum @GEPEG_Unconscious even though you have been playing way longer than me. New here myself since the end of last year, but yea so much fun with KSP and this forum.
