As @magnemoe suggested, I bet Starship could do it- sadly, it will be long gone by the time Starship is flying. Hopefully we'll get another one of these eventually- this isn't the first, after all. Maybe then we can land it.

Yea, that’s unfortunate. It arrived a year early. Next time it can be too small to be noticed or too big for the payload bay of Starship. And who knows how many years will pass before the next good opportunity.

In KSP such small asteroids are treated as crafts.

They should start a petition to officially declare it a derelict spaceship.
