 The version you linked is the one I've been using, but just to make sure I reinstalled it but unfortunatley I still have the same results. Not sure if this is just on my end but I don't seem to encounter this in stock Kerbin at 2.5x scale, but I do encounter this issue in normal RSS.

Try to run KSRSS with the 8k textures, if it doesn’t run well, tell me, and I might reintroduce the 4k textures for the 0.6.

It will be in the future but for the moment you can play with CRP.

As you can see, it has no aurora or city lights

And it looks terrible

I have installed all the graphics packages I found. Wondering how to make the visual appearance beautiful (cover)

I am not the RSSVE developper and this is not the RSSVE thread. If you have any issues with RSS or RSSVE, report them to the RSS thread:

A couple issues. Newtext for the graphic settings appears even when deleting the setting.txt file. The KSRSS High and Med appear after doing it but once you load a game and go back it changes back. 

Comets do not have at all any trails. Tested a bunch btw. 

Tree giant bug.

Hello!

I just downloaded the mod for the first time (clean install). I loved it!

One of the big reasons I don't use RSS is because RSS by itself it's pretty stressful to my laptop (which is 9 years old). But KSRSS went pretty smooth overall and I'm definitely going to use it in a career mode. My only issue is the textures, my laptop had a really hard time dealing with it (it's BEAUTIFUL, though). I would love it if you're able to bring back the 4k textures. Thank you!

You need to install Sigma Dimensions for 2.5 scale config to work

I have a couple graphical glitches I'm wondering if anyone has ideas about.

First is the palm trees around KSC ... they maintain a lot of detail very high up, and stand out quite a bit. It's like they are not scaling correctly?

Next, a really weird one. The preview pane in the tech tree is displayed with an overall tint that I've never seen before. Look at the far right of the screen, all the parts are tinted a blueish-gray. This doesn't affect anything as far as I can tell, but weird things out of the ordinary sometimes mean something is amiss elsewhere, so I thought I'd ask.

I have the same issue with the tech tree parts. But once in the VAB they are normal.

I've noticed there are textures for several celestial bodies that aren't into my game. Mimas, Miranda, Rhea, Tethys, Ariel, Iapetus, Oberon and Umbriel.

I've also checked the Cache folder, those don't have any .bin file so they juste aren't in the mod yet I guess?

 

True that having only 2 moons to Saturn and only 4 to Jupiter is quite underwhelming. ANd since the mod number is 0.5, that surely means some other bodies will be added.

 

Also, is a compatibility with Final Frontier planned? I compltely forgot about those and so the planet ribbons don't appear since they were for stock planets (and the JNSQ ones because I copied that 1.8.1 install directly from the JNSQ one in order not to have to downgrade my current 1.9.1 install to recopy a 1.8.1 one)
