Got a couple of “sleepers” around my place, but not that much of ricers. The best messed-up car I ever found in Clearwater was this Dodge Accord R/T:

Also, whats with the horns? I mean I get them on a King Ranch or a 70's Caddy...but the above on an "Accord", and I just saw a pair on a maroon, late 90's Corolla with no other "ricifications" in Toronto. It reminded me of the stereotype where if you were caught smoking as a minor, your Dad would sit you down and make you smoke the whole pack to teach you a lesson. This time the Dad caught the kid trying to install a spoiler or something and stepped in "so you like modifications, huh son? Well if you like them so much, and you are driving my car, why don't you use my old bull horn mod? Go on, get driving, son!"

Probably the wildest car I've been in was a Yugo.

The thing was a total conversion to a proper rally car and had a, let's call it nonstandard, mid engine from I have no idea what, but damn that thing was quick. The woman that gave me a ride made sure I had to grab the rollcage with both my hands. I'm not sure what was the top speed we hit, probably not much since it was a fairly small and windy space we had available, but it sure took corners double quick.

I once saw some pictures of a car that had the bottom removed and replaced with a seventy-meter tall rocket booster, then was launched into solar orbit.
