When KSPRC+WindowShine+GEMFX+Textures Unlimited were all supported at once, KSP looked the absolute best it ever has. No contest IMO.

In my opinion, KSP Forum Moderators are the best Mods of all time

 

On topic though:

All of Nerteas mods (probably been said five times already but eh)

OPT Spaceplanes if i want make some nice looking SSTOs

Mk2, Mk3 and Mining Expansion from SuicidalInsanity, they give you more parts that go perfectly well with stock ones to build with the Spaceplane Systems that we alreaddy have (also, Mk3 Expansion contains awesome Big-S type of wings that can hold fuel)
