[1.8+] [WIP] Valor Revived

So @Misguided Kerbal made the original Valor mod but it has died and he put the mod up for revival, after a while i decided to take it and revived it

-Revamping Milo's color
-Adding Hasbody to Milo
-Changing Valor's ring texture (they are JNSQ ring textures)
-Stop procrastinating and make Kipper
-OPM patch
-Adding SciDef to all of the planets
-Changing most png textures to be dds (reduces load time, file size and laggyness)

No, the rings are flat but they are not at the equator so when you are this close to the ring, it makes a ilusion that the ring has some thickness

This looks cool. I also have an idea for a patch for OPM: Make Valor a fifth giant, a sort of Kerbal Planet X if you will.

Yes, Theta and Kipper is under going that prosses

and as you guess, Orthon will get spetial care
