Last post on this, before I derail your thread. Sorry, frizzank!

Kerbin has 1G 600km from its core. Earth has 1G 6371km from its core. Can you image how much gravity Earth would have 600km from its core? (to find the inverse, see what a Gravioli dector says is your gravity 5771km above Kerbin. Now recall for Earth it should read 9.81m/s, 1.0G).

Im having a bug with the Mercury capsule. Several parts of the hud flicker or are grayed out. And the pod acts as if there is no kerbal inside. No staging, no icon. The SAS works, but flickers. So far it seems its isolated to this pod only.

Also.. Do the Ship files given in the download contain parts not from FASA by chance? Only the prefab'ed capsules work. The rest say parts missing.

Eather your install of KSP is corrupted or your download of FASA is.

There are no plugins in FASA, the parts do not modify the hud or any other stock part of KSP, all parts are in the craft files are stock and FASA only.

Is FASA your only mod?

1. Delete all your mods and re-download and re-install FASA and run before you install any other mods.

If that did not fix it

2. Re-Install KSP and re-download and re-install FASA.

Apparently docking nodes in .23 can no longer have multiple docking nodes and still dock...

Any votes for what size to make the docking on the nosecone?

"Jr." It's about the right physical size. I never docked Gemini to the larger docking ports because it looks so unrealistic.

Uhmmm... KW Rocketry has just had a 3.75m/2.5m docking port added. It was added in 0.23, and works for both sizes. If you can't get multi-size docking nodes to work, maybe you should contact Kickasskyle.

I looked at the cfg, I have no idea how its doing both docking nodes. It only describes one in the cfg?

Its not a dual port, it just does one size the 2.5 m one. There isn't a stock 3.75m docking port so this one works for both.

I don't know if anybody has mentioned it here. There are some strange interactions between many FASA parts and the Active Memory Reduction Mod that causes the parts to be rendered as if lit from a different angle from the rest of the scene. I don't think it's your fault and don't know if there's anything that you could reasonably do about it, since this is about another mod mucking around with your texture maps, but it could be a sign of a deeper problem that said mucking drives to the surface. Maybe you and rbray89 should have a talk about it, if you haven't already.

I don't know if anybody has mentioned it here. There are some strange interactions between many FASA parts and the Active Memory Reduction Mod

Its the normal maps, they are not being converted correctly... An easy fix is to replace the messed up converted ones with the originals, normal maps are relatively small by comparison.

3.6 - Added Remote camera. Lets you do remote crew reports.

Added Laser Mass Spectrometer, lets you do remote soil samples.

Added take data to pods and radiometer

Mini Gooâ„¢ Radiometer lowered xmitDataScalar to 25% to compensate for its smaller size.

Docking nodes are all at size 0, multiple docking node sizes are no longer supported in .23.

Also fixed the control from here alignment bug in Big G Docking part. Should work with auto docking mods now.

Big G Docking now has retro thrusters. Will fix properly later.

Swapped the stats for the mini orbital bertha and mini LR 91, visual sizes make more sense with the stats swapped.

Fixed multiple control surfaces on Winged Gemini's control surfaces and Redstone fin from showing up twice.

Whatever was changed between your new release today and A.M.R. 2-9 seems to have fixed the problem, as far as I can tell.

Hey Frizzank I did end up getting the Mercury pod working again. Turns out I deleted the IVA and that did it. Infact I deleted ALOT in the Squad Folder. About 98% of the parts. .. would you mind telling me which stock parts the craft files use if its not too many?
