Beale
So next, we can move onto the 1.25m Mir parts, kvant-2, Kristall. Not quite ready to put on GitHub. The aim as ever is still a good balance, for the first time you should be able to build a good, and decently accurate / specialised Mir, but there is some focus to keep the parts generic. If you can think of some accomodations that would make the more useful in generic uses, let me know. Edited May 4, 2021 by Beale

Always good to know what the parts are modelled at so people like myself that like to make RO configs can do so accurately.

For sure, they are roughly like so red - KSP white - IRL If you have blender, you can take a look at the raw files if you need some custom measurements: https://github.com/Tantares/Tantares_Assets/tree/master/FGB Mostly all parts with a rescale of 160% will be IRL scale (Though there a little deviations to fit into the KSP node sizes). What I would like to see, what I could not find anywhere so I had to sort of mock up, are Zarya's correction and docking engines (KRD-442). On yours they're just the squad spider engines, but we have the s5.79 for MIR so would be cool to see the KRD-442 engines.

I've added it to the GitHub project "tentative" list: https://github.com/Tantares/Tantares/projects/11 1 hour ago, si2504 said: cool. Beale
A few of the parts so far had little circle mounts that could be toggled. but, this was actually not a great use of space, by ditching these, we can have much more interesting variants, with no extra texture space Some variants possible:

billbobjebkirk
To express my appreciation for this mod, here are a few scenes from the Soviet-style science save I've been playing since January: Spoiler The 1MM Probes pushed the early boundaries of spaceflight, becoming the first visitors to the Mun and Minmus, though their visits were all too short. After many failed attempts, Kosmos 23 became the first successful flight of the USPR's space capsule. Many more tests were needed before it would be ready for crews, but a great destiny was already ahead. First Kosmonaut Yebedia salutes the recovery crews after toughing down at the conclusion of the first mission in the age of Kerbal Spaceflight. A Muna-K rocket sits on the pad, waiting for the moment just a day away when it will receive the pilot for the Mechta 2 mission, which will be the first to spend over a day in orbit. The Muna-K rockets for Mechta 3 and its following mission wait on the pads for their launches, scheduled a day apart. Unfortunately, with Mechta 3 aborted for medical reasons, it would be months before that second launch would ever take place. The 2MM probes would carry on the legacy of the Muna and Minmia missions before, allowing for the first time mapping and landing missions rather than simple flybys and impacts. But first, there were countless problems that had to be worked out, and many harsh failures to endure. Mechta 7 captures Mechta 6 during a lengthy close approach during the ambitious dual mission. Not only are the two vessels the first ever to perform an orbital rendezvous, they are also the first to carry more than one Kosmonaut, with Mechta 6 carrying two male and 7 two female. This mission was the last moment of true supremacy for the USPR's program. Kosmonaut Valentina becomes the first Kosmonaut to perform a spacewalk on her second flight in orbit. Unfortunately, the other goals of the Mechta 10 mission ended in failure, and the rivals had matched its goals months before. Liftoff for the ill-fated Mechta 12, which failed to reach orbit to rendezvous with Mechta 11 for an ambitious docking mission for the first crewed flight of the new 5K capsule. The near-disasters faced by both missions could not have come at a worse time for the program, as it saw itself eclipsed by an ascendant capitalist Mun program. Muna 11, the first successful Mun landing by the USPR, captures its descent shell and Kerbin in a single image. Engineer-Kosmonaut Kirvan of Mechta 14 performs an EVA to board Rassvet, the rudimentary space station and first in the world. Desperate to one-up the ambitious and successful capitalist Mun program, the heavy T1 rocket boosts Kosmonaut Bilybobski on his Skachok 1 mission to become the first Kerbal to step foot on Minmus. The mission barely edged out the rival Minmus program, though it came at quite the expense. Engineer-Kosmonaut Bilybobski's photo of the Minmia T-1 habitat, which would serve as his home for the next year as he awaited the completion of the deep-space vehicles capable of returning him home. Most of them were the results of importing screenshots into Paint.net, making them black and white, increasing the brightness and contrast a bit, shrinking them, and adding a little bit of noise. EDIT: also a few have some clouds that I put on an upper layer with low opacity and then merged downwards. I found the original files in one of the 1.8 versions of TantaresLV and the only thing that needed updating was the parts folder because it had been renamed with different capitalization between versions for some reason. EDIT: Just double-checked our private messages. It's not an actual file because I couldn't figure out how to attach one on the forums, but I pasted the complete config file for you a while back under a readmore, and all that's needed is to copypaste it and put it into the folder that I mentioned in the message.
