Granted, but it's 1,000+ parts and lows the game's FPS to 3. When you finally activate the cannon, a small flaw in the design destroys the whole thing, as well as the runway, VAB, SPH, entire KSC, the Kerbal Konstructs extensions you made, and then crashes the game, making you lose all your progress on that save.
