  1. An add on. I'm sure some people enjoy the original KSP planets and may not want to much more than what's already added. Others, though, might want something bigger, but inline with JNSQ in a way other planet packs may not be. I leave it in your hands. JNSQ is already everything I could have asked for.
  2. A JNSQ+ with additional bodies would be neat. I agree with the sentiment JNSQ is the best system out there. Having additional planets by the same team would be nifty. P.S. I know there's other Galileo planet packs.
  3. I mean, Space X has landed rockets on boats; recovered nose cones on a boat. NASA is testing a submarine for Titan. People keep saying planes and boats have nothing to do with space travel, but reality says otherwise. Sure, it's all in it's infancy at this point, but so were rovers once upon a time.
  4. Aren't the existing ones just Mk2 and Mk3 and not 1.25m and 2.5m? Service bays don't count as they're closed on the ends. Not exactly the same freedom as the Mk2 and Mk3 lego style bays. Right now I'm using mods for this, but it would be nice to have them stock and then restocked.
  5. Just as long as the final update doesn't add the usual new update bug I'll be happy. I'm actually looking forward to KSP1 finally finishing it's development. Hopefully with all planets updated to avoid to much artistic geology. We're definitely getting a 1.9, but I wouldn't be surrprised to see 1.10.4 being the finished version of KSP1.
  6. Just over 8 years actually. AAA games. ...and I think you discount how many games are released every year and how few reach those numbers. I am more than willing to admit that KSP probably reached 3 million a long time ago, and the long tail has been dwindling for some time. Which is why I was adamant early on that Take Two buying KSP was to make KSP2, and befuddled how anyone could think otherwise. The success of a product doesn't become irrelevant the longer it's been since that success happened.
  7. Take Two ruining Squads long standing efforts to hide the numbers of their niche little indie game being not so niche after all.
  8. They Super Sentai combined into the megazord LinuxGuruGamer.
  9. The way reaction wheels work in KSP was a huge design misstep by the early development team. It gave a false impression and overuse of reaction wheels, and mostly eliminated the true use of RCS thrusters. Hopefully (but probably not) KSP2 will address this.
  10. 1.3 definitely. It was one of the few updates that didn't make me question Squad's QA philosophy. Great performance. Great mod support. All around a solid version that could have been the last if things came to that.
  11. It still blows my mind that some people think that something finishing it's development means it's dead or somehow suddenly worth less. Basically everything you own that's not software has finished it's development. In fact, you might use some of those dead things nearly every day with little thought of how disturbingly stagnant their development has become.
  12. I hope you're kidding. I've avoided 1.8 because you should always avoid a x.x.0 Squad release. This seems like an odd thing to remove.
  13. I'd like to hear that he owns some part of Kerbals and KSP in general. I've got the impression he owns no part of it. Which is a shame in my opinion. That's something I would like far more than a vague platitude within a new game.
  14. I'm Spartacus! Smart people realize that community managers can post while programmers make the game.
  15. That's the thing with Lego design. You're forced to work within constraints. That can be a good or bad thing depending on the goal of the product.
  16. It's disappointing the Mk3 wings just ended up being model parts and not lego style like the original wings. That was one of the few missteps Porkjet made. There should be thicker, Mk3 wings in the style of the current wings. Squares and triangles over model kit wings any day.
  17. It was certainly talked about. I don't believe it was ever promised. Some people on the internet think a company mentioning they would like to do something is akin to them pinky swearing they absolutely will do something.
  18. Only because we've accepted it. Unfortunately, I think the genie's out of the bottle on this one. The days of privacy seem to be long gone.
  19. @Wolf Baginski I was using exaggeration and comic sans as an attempt at sarcastic comedy that appears to have failed. Perhaps suggesting that "Mods may or may not break this new version of KSP" would have been less confusing.
  20. You're right. If he could also provide a constantly updated list of mods that break the new update, that would be fantastic. This list should also be in comic sans for consistency.
  21. @UomoCapra Can you please write "THIS BREAKS ALL MODS!" in giant bold comic sans on the first post?
