  2. Version 1.3.1 Currently I have a small base on Duna. For some odd reason Ive encountered a bug ive never seen in my three years of playing KSP and while not game breaking is simply very annoying. Ive spent the past few hours google searching and this seems to be an incredibly isolated scenario and bug. Essentially it lights up the terrain of Duna despite being on the night side of the planet. Since a large portion of my play through is going to be based around colonizing Duna. To have it constantly lit up effectively means I will be retiring this 400 hour career save. So alas I extend my last attempt to figure this darn bug to you the community, Have any of you had this happen? Anyone have any suggestions? Thank you. Photo of directory. Photo of bug itself.
  3. I actually found it out, and its relatively stupid. Steam switched around the 32bit selection and 64, I kept launching the 32 bit KSP. Which has limited memory.
  4. I tried to start up KSP today and it just plain wouldn't work. Went through a clean reinstall and everything.   5. I see, so the rectenna is what I wanna stick on a ship to get power from a relay network. And when something states it transmits in all bandwidth it means it works for every type of beam? And what type of part do I need to use to create a relay network?
  6. Yes thats the trouble, I cant find which part im supposed to use for a reciever, im beaming long infrared

So Im just getting my first power network up, I have a shielded laser diode transmitter, molten salt reactor beam generator and thermal generator all in orbit in a station, what I cant figure out however, is which part I am supposed to use in order to recieve/relay the beamed laser power. Any help would be much appreciated.
  8. So I get increased deltav for lower twr, but not to the extent of nuclear engines where it would take 5mins to perform a circularization burn?

  11. So Ive begun my recent career install and have run into an issue, for some reason its not letting me perform science in certain areas, minmus particularity. I can get there fine and dandy but when I hit run experiment/scan/whatever. It registers me as clicking the button and opens say the materials bay. But it wont actually pop up the window for science, it also wont let me do any eva reports on minmus or surface samples. This is very annoying as I need that science to get past the Kerbin system. If anyone has any ideas at what might be causing this I would be grateful.
  12. Ill have to download the latest dev version then. I do have the latest kopernicks though. And is that what would be causing the entire landing guidence window to bug put when I hit landing prediction?
  13. I am here to determine if an issue is on my end or if anyone else is having it, before I submit the bug. Does anyone else have the issue of not being able to pick target for auto land on map, and having the auto land window bug out whenever you tick landing predictions???   14. I did figure it out apparently one of my batteries had been closed off and wasnt providing the electricity required.

So I am attempting to deploy a tundra hab ring in orbit of kerbin, I have well over the required material kits to inflate. yet when I go to deploy it on eva this message pops up "Partially assembling module using : 0 materials kits, 0 electric charge" "Missing resources to assemble module: 46,000 Material kits, 4000 electric charge" Yet I have both of those resources and excess, stored on the station its connected to.
  16. Does anyone have some craft files they could possibly share, Ive been trying to build a kerbin launched vehicle to help build my mun base.

  18. I launched the first Koyuz 1 rocket making it the 1st manned launch of my science save.
  19. Also what happens when kerala run out now hab time? Do they die or become unusable or do their stats go down?
  20. Wow what can I say. This is really well done. I'm not a big career guy but you've given me the drive to start a science save. I want to thank you for that. Keep up the work. Also can I ask what mods you are using for textures of kerbin???

  23. Is there anyway to bump up habitation time? Ive started using this LS mod and Im rather unfamiliar. Is adding parts with crew slots the only way to increase hab time?
