  1. Doesn't it do this already? The CKAN cache keeps the mod download package even though you uninstall the mod from KSP.
  2. Use Malah's QuickSearch to resolve all frustrations with trying to find a part in the VAB/SPH.
  3. No, not in the KER interface itself. I doubt there is any way to do this short of recoding, but there may be something in a config file. Wiser people than I will have a fuller answer.
  4. There may be an abbreviation conflict between Replacement Parts (from EPL?) and Reserve Power (from AmpYear). They're both shortened to "RP" and has caused some confusion, reported at this post. Not sure who resolves this, but I thought I'd mention it.
  5. I've just noticed that while I was in Kerbal's atmosphere after a launch from KSC, pressing F to temporarily disengage the SAS also displayed the FF Hall of Fame. Above 70km, this didn't happen. Alt-F still worked as advertised in both cases.
  6. FYI, I've reported a possible anomaly with the TST mod and Scatterer in the TST thread at this post. When I open a telescope window from his mod, I'm getting some sort of additional layer that looks suspiciously like one of yours. Example here.
  7. Weird, because I run RCS, EVE and TST, plus 57 other mods, and I don't have this problem. I'm not saying you don't or shouldn't, just that there may be another problem. There's hope for you yet :-)
  8. @DMagic I'll check the wiki right away. It's been a while since I've been there. My SCANSat settings are: Biome Lock enabled, Instant Scan disabled, Require Narrow Band enabled, Disable Stock Scanning enabled. I have a sat in Mun polar orbit with a M700 actively scanning the surface. The resource pie-chart displays all of the resource proportions. Oh..wait...now it works. After returning to KSC and the VAB, and launching another vessel, it now reliably displays the zoom map every time. Thanks...perhaps it was your sheer presence that made it work.
  9. KSP 1.0.5, SCANSat v14.8 I'm unsure if I'm missing something but I've been having problems with displaying resources in the zoom map you get when you right-click on the Big Map. I have a resource selected for display and turned on in the Big Map. This works. I right-click on an area already scanned and the zoom map is displayed. Resources are toggled on and the same resource is selected. However, the zoom map remains in grey scale and no resource information is displayed at the bottom edge of the zoom map. Occasionally, zooming in and out can end up rendering the coloured resource overlay, but this behaviour is inconsistent. It doesn't matter which resource I select after that, the display stays in or reverts to grey scale. If I can get the rersource overlay to render and then right-click on another area on the Big Map, the zoom map consistently redisplays in grey scale.
  10. There's a settings button (two downward point chevrons) at the bottom of the ARP window which you can use. To disable stock, click on the settings button, then select Styling/Visuals from the Settings Section dropdown. Then select Replace Stock Resources App from the Button dropdown. HTH
  11. Well, I successfully recovered the pod to Kerbin with the claw and completed the contract w/o having to resort to the Alt-F12 procedure. Problem solved. Now, of course, I'm getting the "Recover xxx part in orbit" contracts. Thanks to all who helped out. Your counsel was very valuable.
  12. Thanks. What agency will they be from? The Orbital Science agency?
  13. Cool. Looking forward to give this a try before I install the Orbital Science stuff.
  14. Some I'm clear, do you mean all contracts or only those associated with previous versions of Orbital Science? If I can finish all of my OS contracts w/o getting anymore, could I update then?
  15. Thanks, but that's sort of the problem. I didn't launch the craft that's the target of the contract. It was a stranded pod from which I needed to rescue a Kerbal and, it appears, recover the vessel to Kerbin. I haven't ever used the claw before so this is taking some time...but I'll get there.
  16. Many things aren't supported under KSP 64-bit. Could be. You'll have to wait for someone more knowledgeable, I'm afraid.
  17. The GitHub link is for Module Manager. You should download directly from there.
  18. CKAN shows .20. Look at the GitHub page. Edit: The forum topic also lists a .19 in the version history. Perhaps it's out of date? Edit 2: Look at this forum post.
  19. Funny, I have 2.6.20, although I doubt that's the problem.
