  1. I had a sweet contract to land on the moon, minmus, ike and duna with one vessel, but I accidentally loaded a quicksave from before I accepted it and lost it. Is there any way to get it back. The only requirements were to land on all four said bodies with one vessel and the reward was around 1.5 million. Is there to edit it back in?

If you do option 2, you can get a super accurate encounter using alexmoons transfer calculator and precise node. when you click on the i next to the delta-v in the calculator, it will give you values you can plug in to precise node and only require very minimal tweaking to get an encounter with kerbin. It is how I do all my encounters.

  11. Everyone knows that the KSP community has a large portion of linux users. I think it would be interesting if we all shared which distros we used. Personally I use Elementary OS on my laptop, I like the very minimal GUI to maximize screen space and Ubuntu on my P.C, which if I'm going to be honest am not loving that much and will probably switch that to Elementary as well.   15. For my short term career utility crafts, I just name then for what they do but for any long term craft (such as my interplanetary spaceplane) I call it the KSS x where x is replaced by a name like galileo

  17. I was about to revert to launch when I realised I only had 830 m/s, but then I decided I could probably get a decent free return trajectory.
  18. Trust me, it's more of a pain for a modder to maintain two separate versions than it is to just delete some files out of your install.
  19. It was, If you look carefully in the photo you can see the red trajectories line, I only had to do minimal corrections to get a 40 km reentry, which was fantastic. After sinking down to around 35 km, I bounced back to 50 and then landed, kerbal flight indicators never even gave me a heat warning. Nope. the tourist was the only one onboard, I did drain the monoprop from the capsule to gain an extra 10 m/s
  20. If this were implemented as a mod, it would work quite well as a KAC update, I'll give it a stab to see if I can get it to work and post a pull request
