  1. Hello, could the recent update have messed with the deltaV values that KER shows somehow? I updated this plugin just now and the DeltaV on my rocket is off with several thousands now. It says i have 5.8k but it wont even get to orbit. I double checked and KER is set to atmospheric and to kerbin. What else could it be? It was showing the right values before i updated thats why i suspect this mod Sorry just wondering if anyone got the same problem.
  2. This mod is simple yet elegant. A must have for me personally. I use CKAN to manage my mods folder, and i was wondering wether it would be possible to get it listed on the service? Thank you

  5. Hello, I am making a mod that changes the look and feel of the various bodies in KSP. I dont want players to be able to see the changes unless going to the planets and moons first. It would be too easy. Is there a way to prevent people from cycling through the objects in the tracking station? For example, in order to view duna they could only do it by switching to a vessel that is nearby. Thank you.

  7. I dont think i would pay $40 for this game considering its very niche. Its a game you can pour hundreds of hours into. But it still doesent feel right to cost $40 bucks for some reason. I am surprised to see that it is among the top sellers on steam. Congrats to squad i guess. I will now go take a look at the reviews. Maybe people get disappointed considering how much they paid. Who knows.
  8. Hello, it seems like you have become victim of the, the more mods, the better the game. I suggest you try something new! Install OpenTree and TweakScale. Thats it. Now you can customize almost all the stock parts to your liking while getting a challenge from the new tree! Good luck
  9. Now that we have an awesome distribution system when it comes to mods. Is it possible to add additional functionality in CKAN, that lets us browse mods as well? Im thinking sort by number of downloads, sort by rating. Doesent have to be anything fancy. Just something basic that tracks and can give users an idea of whats hot, if they want to try new mods. I am aware that curse also have this and kerbalstuff too, but i dont think it would hurt to have this functionality in CKAN as well. More ways to explore is more ways to discover a new cool mod.
  10. What happens if i install this contract pack mid save? I already achives orbit around mun, kerbin and minmus. Will this contract pack know i did those contracts and possibly give me the scanning contracts accordingly? Thanks

  12. Hello, i urge you to revert the changes made to probes, at least the significant increase in Electric storage and the built in ANtennas. I want to use the mod ANtenna Range, and with the built in antennas to the probe cores (i dont even need the antennas built in) this gets quite bloaty
  13. Hello, great mod. Its well made and really makes KSP more fun. I have a request tho. I am starting to use RasterPropMonitor more and more. It seems wrong that you get information from the game via the HUD pop ups. To me it seems like these things should be implemented into IVA instead. Does that make sense? Would it be possible for ScienceAlert to be compatible with RasterPropMonitor? So that the alert pops up on a screen instead? Thank you
  14. I think some people play stock out of ignorance. Or possibly time constraints. I guess if you have never used mods before, it can also seem scary to indulge in, im thinking about the installation process etc. But id say its worth it. Modding games is definately worth it.
  15. Hello, I feel helpless when i land gently on kerbin only to have my rocket slowly tilt and then get destroyed. It makes sense IRL that if a rocket thats tall tilts it should break when hitting the ground. And that the crew on top probably shouldnt survive. But i dont want this mechanic in my playthrough! I feel like when i have touched down at less than 6 m/s i should be safe even if the rocket tilts. Is there a mod that can prevent my rocket from blowing up after tilting? Thanks
  16. Hello, I am considering starting up a career mode where i only do the missions IVA. With RasterProp and af few plugins this is possible. The problem arise when you want to deploy probes tho as that would have to be done via the old way due to no IVA. But the ProbeControlRoom changes this, where you can control probes from a mission control:) http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/67450-WIP-IVA-PLUGIN-ProbeControlRoom-1-0-beta8a-IVA-All-the-things%21-new-3D-RPM-17 Its the last piece of the puzzle for making IVA only playthroughs possible. For those who may be interested, the only rules of my new playthrough will be hide hud (F2). Everything else is allowed, except mechjeb. I think its going to be a fun challenge. Have a nice day.
  17. Hello, I apologise if this has been asked before. It probably has. But does anyone know a mod that allows IVA control of Probes? I have an idea to play KSP with Hud disabled (F2), and its possible with RasterProp, but the problem arises when i want to deploy probes. If anyone have an idea how to do this, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
  18. I think the latest version is bugged. After i updated, i can no longer right click any of the tanks. No menu shows up. If i slap on an engine, KER doesent show any DeltaV either.
  19. Do anyone know if Kerbal Engineer Redux is able to work with RasterProp? I was thinking i could make a monitor that showed any of the info i wanted from the KER,.
  20. When i try to get this mod via CKAN it also give4s me toolbar plugins which i dont want.......... There is also TweakScale which is another plugin i dont want. And it gives me a special version of interstellar fuel switch which i dont think i need since i already have interstellar fuelswitch? It just seems uneccesarily bloated which keeps me from using this mod

  22. Hello, I dont understand why there is a limit to the amount of parts you can use in career mode when starting out. It becomes harder for no apparant reason to make a proper probe for example. Even struts count, and decouplers etc. You run out of "space" really quick. I know the idea is to limit people in early career but they are already limited by money and amount of modules available, and the weight that the launch pad allows. It makes sense that you need to upgrade the VAB if you want to build large vessels. But why cant the smallest VAB support vessels with say 30 or more parts? I dont think it makes sense
  23. Yes, i dont think thay guy knows how the science lab works. You can give the science lab data, and it will slowly turn this data into science over time, that can then be transmitted to KSC. Being able to transmit data to a given science lab rather than KSC seems like a great idea.
