[1.12.x] Tarsier Space Technology with Galaxies (V7.13) 12th Sep 2021
JPLRepo replied to JPLRepo's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
If you changed your key mapping then you are probably using the wrong keys.... The chemcam uses the "Translation" key mapping from the in game settings. which by default is IKJL. But it will be whatever you might have remapped those to. -

Why don't you try the dev build instead? -
[1.12.x] JSI Advanced Transparent Pods (V0.1.24.0) 12th Sep 2021
JPLRepo replied to JPLRepo's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
How is it done? Look at the code. How to do parts that work with this mod? Look at the wiki page. https://github.com/JPLRepo/JSIAdvTransparentPods/wiki/JSIAdvTransparentPods -
It's not a known bug no... but, seeing how removing AmpYear solves the issue... would seem related. Logs would help. particularly with the debug logging switched on in AmpYear while producing the problem.

[1.12.x] ResearchBodies V1.13.0 (15th May 2022)
JPLRepo replied to JPLRepo's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
yes I have. it's not up to date. But I'm also not going to do a release just to update it. -
[1.12.x] TAC - Life Support v0.18.0 - Release 19th Sep 2021
JPLRepo replied to JPLRepo's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
v0.13.7Dev Build is available here. Looking for feedback on the EC issue in particular. https://github.com/KSP-RO/TacLifeSupport/releases/tag/v0.13.7Dev A Bit more info for people on how EC consumption works. There are a few difficulty settings available that you can tweak: In the TAC-LS difficulty settings under the "TAC LS Limits" column on the far right you will find a setting at the top called "Max Delta Time:" This setting is the maximum time that TAC LS will use when consuming resources (such as EC) in one cycle of processing. In Seconds. So you can reduce this and it will not consume more than that setting vs the actual time since you last had EC/Water/etc The second setting to be aware of is the one below it called "Max Delta Time (Electricity):" This setting will increase the allowed "Buffer", for want of a better description, that you are allowed when timewarp is on and no resource is available. The third setting to be aware of is the ones below this which are the "Max time without x" (x = food, water, oxygen, electricity) - This setting is the maximum time a kerbal can go without those resources. and this setting is used combined with the previous one I mentioned when calculating how long a kerbal can go without, before bad things happen to them. -
[1.12.x] TAC - Life Support v0.18.0 - Release 19th Sep 2021
JPLRepo replied to JPLRepo's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
Yes Thanks, I think this helped me to find the problem. I will do a dev build sometime today that will only be on github for people to try. I will do a full release when confirmed and when I've finished adding support for fuel cells and reactors. -
[1.12.x] TAC - Life Support v0.18.0 - Release 19th Sep 2021
JPLRepo replied to JPLRepo's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
Turn off 'Unloaded Vessel Processing' in the TAC LS difficulty settings if you are having issues. I have been struggling to find any spare/free time to look at this lately. But hope to find some in the coming weeks to address the issues everyone has been having. -
1 = hi, 2 = med, 3 = low Highest priority = most critical. So last to shutdown and first to restart

Simple Translations Illegal

You have to create a login to lodge bug reports. There is a link in the top right corner of the page. -
[1.12.x] Tarsier Space Technology with Galaxies (V7.13) 12th Sep 2021
JPLRepo replied to JPLRepo's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
Try the latest version v7.2 I only see an error in the log related to KRASH mod. not this mod. That mod should handle errors a little better so it doesn't literally Crash KSP Try v7.2. I've tweaked the contract amounts... which btw you can change yourself in \GameData\TarsierSpaceTech\Plugins\PluginData\Config.cfg -
[1.12.X] Kerbal Planetary Base Systems v1.6.15 [28. April 2022]
JPLRepo replied to Nils277's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
Correct. TAC-LS does not currently support fuel cells.. the conversation about TAC-LS probably belongs in the TAC-LS thread not this one. -
[1.12.x] ResearchBodies V1.13.0 (15th May 2022)
JPLRepo replied to JPLRepo's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
I'm not sure what you are asking. Have you installed RB v1.9.6 using the install instructions in the OP? IE: download the zip, remove old version from gamedata and unzip into gamedata clean? Refer to the OP for instructions. No logs = no support. Perhaps crash dumps and logs are not helpful to you, but they might be for a mod author? -
[1.12.x] ResearchBodies V1.13.0 (15th May 2022)
JPLRepo replied to JPLRepo's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
Not sure what you are asking me? You don't like which planets are available at the start of a game with relation to another mod? You will have to take that up with OPM mod, as OPM defines it's own difficulty settings parameters for this mod.. I see nothing wrong with Research Bodies in your log. Sorry but your file requires me to logon.. which I won't. Suggest you make your file public. and a bit more detail and info about exactly what problems you are experiencing might help as well. -

What link is locked? I gave the link to how to report bugs.. and the link to the public bug tracker. Regardless, bugs must be reported on the bug tracker for QA to triage and put into the bug fix pipeline. -
[1.12.x] TAC - Life Support v0.18.0 - Release 19th Sep 2021
JPLRepo replied to JPLRepo's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
None that I am aware of. Don't use kerbalism. Perhaps someone else has one. -
[1.12.x] ResearchBodies V1.13.0 (15th May 2022)
JPLRepo replied to JPLRepo's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
I believe someone else reported this to me... Thanks for reminding me. I better get and fix that this weekend. Yes it was an oversight. -

I do not understand the problem, but even if I did that is not how bugs get fixed. If you have a bug to report you can raise it on the official bug tracker. Here are the instructions: Here is the link to the bug tracker http://bugs.kerbalspaceprogram.com/ -
[1.12.x] ResearchBodies V1.13.0 (15th May 2022)
JPLRepo replied to JPLRepo's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
Glad you like it. The idea was to make things a lot more immersive and interesting. I do have more plans.. but finding the time is becoming an issue... To confirm - the contracts to research only increase the research state on one celestial body at a time. Feedback is welcome, as far as game balance goes... so if people have ideas and suggestions around the contracts - time they take, etc. Feel free to drop them in here. -
[1.12.x] ResearchBodies V1.13.0 (15th May 2022)
JPLRepo replied to JPLRepo's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
You are doing the right thing... the contracts will take some time... as long as you meet their prerequisites.. such as a TB-75 above 200,000 Once complete they should advanced the research on a planet... if they are not let me know. [edit]: You DID start the research plan on the bodies you discovered in the Observatory yes? as far as how my TST mod works with this mod.. The TST telescopes work just like the TB-75, but also, can discover bodies just by taking a photo of them and returning the science. You can also take additional photos and return the science (once you start the research plan). This will advance the research on the bodies faster than the TB-75 and contracts can. You can also see through the TST telescopes different levels of detail on the planets as you complete each step of research... the original plans, were to make this a lot more involved... but I haven't got around to doing it yet. -
I dunno. I have very little time to maintain the list of mods I have already. But - I gave up and wrote my own into one of my mods (TACLS), which still has a couple of issues, once I iron those out, I was intending to have it as a separate mod/download ore redistribute in my other mods. Haven't got that far yet.

[1.12.x] TAC - Life Support v0.18.0 - Release 19th Sep 2021
JPLRepo replied to JPLRepo's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
Nope, that would be a futile attempt at predicting what is going on with your install. No Logs = No support. If you can supply logs as a start, that would go some of the way to understanding your issue. -
[1.8.1] Kerbal Konstructs - 1.8.1.15 - 15.Dec.2019
JPLRepo replied to Ger_space's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
That's cause KK objects are just static objects..... The Observatory in ResearchBodies is an actual Upgradable and Destructible KSC Facility.
