  1. Q wasn't as much of a jerk in Deja Q, but that was only because he needed Picard's help to get his powers back. Also he ate like ten chocolate sundaes.
  2. 10/10 Data's laughing face is priceless. Maybe that's the real reason he never laughs...
  3. Bayou fishing boat It's pretty much done, but I'm showing it here first to see if anyone has suggestions for it. It seats four Kerbals and has two "fishing rods" on one side, as well as a fish cooler fashioned from a fuel cell. I think I can maybe get it out today or tomorrow, it isn't that big. Besides, if I wait too long I'll run out of CCR music to listen to while working on it.
  4. Granted, but the battery capacity is so low that it can't support extended duration driving. I wish it didn't take so much time to brew tea in the morning.
  5. I've clipped lots of the radial ore tanks inside it for ballast, but that's not the problem. It can only make 11 m/s submerged, and you have to stand it on its end to make it dive. Nice Heinkel, but I think the upper gun position should be moved forward a bit. Right in the middle of that cargo bay is where is ought to be. Hey, looks like we can do monorails with the tubes!
  6. I'm building a personnel transport submarine for a potential underwater base, it's called the Barracuda. Right now it lacks power and range, and has no way to connect with any underwater base (RCS won't work because I can;t turn off the jet). Does anyone know an easy way to anchor ships to the ocean floor? If I do that, I can have it drive around and dock to a base like that. Once you get beyond the Continental Slope, Kerbin's Abyssal Plains are pretty flat, there should be plenty of room to build a base, but that also means there will be very few interesting spots
  7. You like 70s car chases, eh? Tell me, have you ever seen this little film called *clears throat for dramatic effect* The Blues Brothers?
  8. Wow, thanks for the feature! The P-26's thread itself didn't get that much attention, so I figured people didn't like it that much, but here it is anyway! I've been featured in every SCF for the last four weeks, I'm starting to feel a little guilty...
  9. Wait... if that's a test flight, then how did the B-29s get there? Can you spawn in planes and vehicles to kill?
  10. Not my first craft, but I made a little speedboat with four seats. I still need to find a way to decrease its draft. Fishing rods come complimentary with purchase!
  11. Well, nobody's posted anything today, I guess I'll just put up some more StuG praise.
  12. Well, this isn't really something I learned, but I finished reading Das Boot today. The ending was... Unexpected... Very anticlimactic, probably gave me PTSD. I... I just don't know what to think about it. They went through so much... and then... The ending... *sobs*
  13. I've started doing German tanks whenever I get bored/have bad luck with planes. Today, I got the StuG III, which is surprisingly good, despite the fact that it reminds me of the short school bus and must turn its entire body around to aim. I was able to one shot almost every tank I found today, thanks to this beast!
  14. Granted, but they are reckless and cause the number of deaths caused by science accidents to skyrocket, and you are responsible, because you wished for it! I wish I were better at flying British aircraft in War Thunder.
  15. The new hollow structural fuselages got me thinking about the crawling tunnels obstacle courses have, and that in turn led me to build an assault course for Kerbals to run through. Hopefully, this will get the astronauts in shape so we don;t have any more spacewalking deaths because Kerbals thought it would be "too much work to grab the ladder". Who cares if the Kerbals don't like running it twice a day, plus once before they can eat? They aren't paid to complain! The course starts with a set of monkey bars, reached by climbing a ladder to the top of a tower. At the end, the runner has to drop down and try to land safely on the ground without hurting himself (good thing Kerbals are already pretty resilient anyway) After that, they must run through the tunnel, which is really the only reason this exists in the first place (thanks Squad). After the tunnel, the Kerbal must crawl under this barbed wire net (there's a ladder that had sunken into the ground). I'll see if i can get some machine guns shooting overhead too, to make them keep their heads down. A short run through these spinning scanners, which probably need to be moved closer together to make the course harder to run. You've got to climb or jump over these hurdles next (it's harder than it looks). Then, there's this ladder and slide, which was added just to give the Kerbals motivation for running the course (aside from food, which they can sometimes smuggle into their rooms). And lastly, a short sprint to the finish line! Jeb did this course in about three minutes, but it can easily be done in less time.
  16. I think the cockpit needs work, it doesn't have the right outline to be on an Me-262. I would just replace it with a Mk1 inline cockpit to save parts and look smoother.
  17. We can make obstacle courses for our Kerbals to run through! Damn, if only Veteran's Day were today, I have to wait till I get home this afternoon to try this idea. 1.0.5 never ceases to amaze!
  18. I nominate Mulbin's Munbug series again. Does this mean my U-boat isn't nominated anymore?
  19. That guy appears to be playing a saxophone 4/10 Brass instruments shall conquer all.
  20. Well, I'm not going to post a craft file for this as I'm not sure it's good enough for a release (yet), but I have some pictures! It's called the Flying Fish because of how high it jumps when you surface it. It's modeled after the bathyscaphe Trieste, which achieved the deepest dive in history when it descended to the bottom of the Challenger Deep.
  21. This plane has inspired me to begin design of the PFB (Plagiarized Flying Boat), which is pretty much a copy of yours. But hey, it's different in some aspects, right? I'm still working on the "Flying" part, but the "Boat" part is perfected!
  22. Beat me to it, I see. I built a (failed) flying boat yesterday named the PBK. It had a custom interior inside it with bunks and a navigation table and such, but it failed to get out of the water, the torpedoes failed, and the rear compartment flooded. Nice plane though, It makes me want to give flying boats another go. To the SPH!!!
  23. Triestse-like submarine, holds two Kerbals. I have waited so long to be able to do this, and now its finally possible! By jettisoning the ore, you can easily make the submarine shoot up to the surface. See? it works amazingly well! The biggest problem is surviving the landing... Not sure what I should call this thing. Maybe the Flying Fish because of how it jumps out of the water when you jettison all the ore.
  24. Granted, but the contextual definition of "dank" is mixed up, and you receive a soggy, rotting troll face instead. I wish the Moon landings were still going on.
  25. Add lots of ore tanks. They have negative buoyancy, so if you have enough on, it will sink. I made a working submarine today, and it also had a lot of reaction wheels in it so it could easily point downwards, allowing the engine to push it underwater.
