  1. Hey @blackrack I want to do a little more investigating before I complain like a big fat baby. But a heavily modded instal on win 10 x64. I have blue engine exhaust and a blue Tron looking KSC. The last dll (not the memory saver) worked without a hitch. I am not at my box ATM. But I'll post some pics and an output log. Looked pretty cool though I think you'll have a good laugh edit Here is what I saw
  2. @BahamutoD would you consider making your mods compatible with Blizzy's toolbar? Some of us are running out of real estate on our monitors from GUI buttons. Quick hide helps too but with the ever increasing toolbar using mods. It can very quickly become a cluttered mess. (While at the same time I do love the new features and understand why you opted to use the stock toolbar.
  3. @YANFRET Seeing as my latest video was 99% CMES. I thought I'd share with you guys. I built an Orion / Delta IV Heavy. But used engines / Nose cones from KW. Also put the solar panels on IR Pivitrons so they would be swept during maneuvers. Thank you for fixing the Orion adaptor / shroud. I was beginning to miss building these.

  6. @Crzyrndm I was curious. Could you add a checkbox to the GUI to disable all lift characteristics on a given wing? When building things like a Comanche helicopter and complex planes like the F-117. Using P-wings to construct the fuselage. You can get great visual results but sometimes can have some really funny flying aircraft. This would be a great feature for more advanced builders but pretty useless for the average user so I can understand if these could be seen as a waste of time to implement.

  8. Nice work! I wish I could adopt a similar approache for FPS. But once it's in the inventory that's really it.... Good stuff man!
  9. That's actually a really good idea to get everybody what they have been asking for on the BD thread. Using a docking washer to move the turret with other guns attached to it. There is a certain elegance to simplicity. Nice work brother man!
  10. If you must have huge docking washers. It can be done but involves copying the cfg file for the docking washer and editing the copy. This is done in the folder "GameData/MagicSmokeIndustries/Parts/Legacy/dockingwasher" Just right click, copy and edit the copy right there. This will provide you with a new part in KSP but you must change the name and title or it wont work. I suggest notepad++ PART { name = dockingwasher_stdScaleable = Change name to whatever you'd like rescaleFactor = 1.25 = Change rescaleFactor = 1.25 - to something like 2.5 or bigger title = Docking Washer Standard = Change Title to whatever you want
  11. Welcome to the forums. The issue with adding either and "IVA" or a hull cam module. Is that either way the sight would remain stationary while the gun moves. Basically in the current state of things it's just not possible. Yes it can be done it just won't fallow the gun like a first person shooter style game.
  12. Thank you good sir. I'll be watching this one. Still running AVP Interstellar and EVE 7-4 Been waiting to run reboot till some sort of AVP pack resurfaced. Looks like that time is soon.

  14. I like the idea of a simplified Javelin using the Hellfire. Gives you the proper cold launch and flight path. Downside is having to use the right click menu to fire. But I think the Pro's far outweigh the Con's Also I added your Pic to the WIP section
  15. Sure. FPS wouldn't even exist had it not been for several people sharing what they had.
  16. There is a mod to make kerbals move either independently (fallowing a path) or on command (go to a point) EVA Fallowers - Patched for 1.0.5 Not sure how I'd handle team spawning like that. But I'll keep that in mind.
  17. Welcome to the forums! Sometimes mods will do this. (1) make sure you have Module Manager installed. (2) if you already have MM installed and have run the game you will have 4 new files created by MM in the GameData Folder. - Delete the four files (Do not delete the ModuleManager.2.6.18.dll) Usually just a game restart will clear it up but I also like clearing the MM files as well.
  18. Sashan, as a suggestion. When I built my Comanche using B9 P-wings. I also built the whole thing on a chassis using an I-beam for a back bone. A similar approach may help you remove the flex.
  19. It's basically identical to the normal FS rotor. Except the power output / lift capacity, SAS torque and texture. I don't tend to use TCS much (good mod though) but whatever the FS rotor can do. Mine should simply just lift a bit more. Now a limitation of both rotors is the max RPM defaults to 500 no matter what you set them to in the SPH. You need to manually tweak the rpm in flight. edit also if you are using TCS to balance a craft. Instead try using monopelant tanks as ballast to move you COM inline with your COT. A well balanced craft will outperform an improperly balanced craft using TCS. if you're just using TCS to hold a hover. Try these two mods. I've personally had better luck with them.
